A great little b & b 2 minutes walk from the centre of Annan.
The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well appointed with some nice little touches in the room.
Breakfast was delightful and the hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly.

This is a lovely place and local amenities are only a short walk away.
We stayed for 2 nights in Room 9. A family room with a double and a single bed. The room was spacious and bright with a gorgeous huge window.
