This is a lovely bed and breakfast establishment - and guests are given such a warm welcome by Karen and Keith. We arrived very wet from our walk and Karen offered to dry our waterproofs and boots - thank you. The rooms are spotless and comfortable - a good nights sleep was had. The breakfast was lovely too. Can’t thank you enough Karen and Keith and have no hesitation in returning if we visit Ingleton again.

Just stayed for one night whilst visiting North Yorkshire for half term with my son and parents. We had two rooms and both were very tastefully decorated, with high quality bedding and towels and both immaculately clean. Looked like the twin room had recently been decorated and both rooms were very well appointed. Nice touches with a decanter of water and glasses in the room, hairdryer provided, lots of mirrors and good quality curtains and shutters making for a great nights sleep with my 6 year old! The breakfast was fab too and the hosts were lovely. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend Ferncliffe Guest House in Ingleton. Perfectly located for walking in Yorkshire Dales. Great hosts who looked after us really well, great food and immaculately clean. Ingleton has lots to offer and plenty of places to eat out also.

We stayed here for two nights at the end of October 2016 and were really impressed. Our room was cosy, warm and clean. We had everything we could possibly have needed. Breakfast each morning was gorgeous and very filling. Just what was required before a full day of hiking. Karen and Keith have lots of local knowledge and were generous in sharing some very useful tips. We had a fantastic stay at Ferncliffe and our trip to Ingleton overall surpassed our expectations. We recommend Ferncliffe for a comfortable stay and as a well situated base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect! Lovey hosts, cracking breakfast and homely B&B. Perfect for heading to 'Three Peaks' from here. Karen even made a fabulous packed lunch. Very peaceful both in village and here. Highly recommended!

I have recently stayed at Ferncliffe whilst undertaking a long distance walk. Having arrived early evening following a days walk from Settle the owner came outside to welcome me and my husband whilst we were removing our walking boots which was really lovely. Our bedroom was really comfortable with a kingside bed and tasteful soft furnishings. Breakfast was excellent and nothing was to much trouble, a really friendly guesthouse that I have no hesitation in recommending. I hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

We have had several visits to Ferncliffe. Karen and Keith go out their way to make sure your comfortable and you have everything you need.
The breakfasts here are amazing and they vary depending on what you like.
I cannot recommend this guest house enough, there is no where else we would want to stay.
The rooms are all made for warmth and comfort, and seem to be freshly decorated every time we visit.
There is a large comfortable sitting room for guests to use, again freshly decorated.
We cannot wait until our next visit as it always feels like going home.
Thank You Keith and Karen.

Located in the beautiful village of Ingleton this is one of the best guest houses we have stayed in, hosts (Keith & Karen) could not do enough to ensure that our stay was perfect in every way.

The room was spotless and welcoming and had all the little things you would expect from a much larger hotel. We were treated as part of the family and not as paying guests.

I would have no hesitating in recommending this guesthouse to both family and friends so that they could enjoy both the warm hospitality and the wonders of North Yorkshire.

This Guesthouse is a real gem not to be missed and one that we WILL be returning to again in the future, but don't take our word for it, TRY it for yourselves, you will not be disappointed,

A big thank you from
Joyce & Richard

One of the best Guest Houses we have stayed in.
Keith & Karen made us welcome from the moment we arrived and could not do enough for us during our three night stay.
The Guest House was warm and welcoming with a home from home feeling from the moment you entered.
Our room was spotless and had everything you could want, including a TV, tea & coffee, plenty of storage for your personal items. Towels and toiletries are also supplied.
If you need anything you only have to ask.
As for breakfast if you go hungry then you have not made the most of a wide choice on the menu which includes fresh fruit, cereals, a Full English, Toast and of course fruit juices, tea & coffee.
We arrived as strangers but I hope we left as friends.
We WILL be going back again and would recommend it Highly to one and all
Joyce & Richard from Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
