We recently stayed in Rowan Lodge, very spacious. The mattresses in the twin room were very uncomfortable. The hot water for the bath was also very cold (I think that was a pressure issue) but everything else was spot on. Needs attention to detail ie cobwebs, sweeping under sofa, hoovering in-between sofa cushions. Location was perfect for where we wanted to be.

I took a group of 10 people to walk the 3 peaks. We found the layout perfect. The drying room with tumble drier was invaluable. The place was very clean and the kitchen area was great for group discussion and socialising. The kitchen was well stocked -the only thing I could pick fault with was that one of the frying pans had had it and could do with replacing. Other than that the dishwasher made life easy and the shower was a double walk in shower. The bed settee is new but the chap sleeping on it would describe it as 'firm'.

It was really handy for Ingleton with a short walk into the village. I would recommend The Masons Arms but you need to book. On Saturday they do a £10 special of steak and chips which was lovely. There is also a reclamation yard next to the pub which is worth a browse.

Overall we had a great stay and can't really pick fault

Absolutely fantastic weekend for a family of 31 guests of all ages , from the original booking with Beryl who is an an absolutely charming lady to Neville the park manager who provided with outstanding and friendly service I would highly recommend Pinecroft Lodges.

We booked the Timber lodge which holds 48 , the lodge itself was immaculately clean when we arrived with all the facilities you would require , large kitchen, fridge , freezers, washing machine, cooker, oven and all utensils.

All our family had a wonderful time and can’t wait for the next one.

There is plenty to explore around Ingleton but the lodge was excellent.

Well done to the team

Just got back from a lovely stay at Pinecroft Lodge.

We booked the 10 person lodge for 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids.

Really clean spacious comfortable lodge. Bedrooms, kitchen and lounge were a great size.

Kitchen was fully equipped, we brought our own food and were able to cook each night.

Lodge has underfloor heating which was lovely and came on automatically.

Wifi and mobile data signal was very bad, but that was mentioned in the welcome pack. There are some books and dvds available to choose from on the grounds in red phone box.

There is a Asda local down the road and Ingleton centre is 10 minutes walk.

Would definitely recommend and will look to come again in the future.

We had a nice stay which was ruined by the general manners of the female present on our departure, i can only assume she was the cleaner as i cannot imagine the owner would behave in such a way as to deter future business.

This elderly female extremely rude demanding linen and rubbish be brought to reception when we had cleaned the entire cabin on our departure. In front of our children she began shouting demands using covid as an excuse to ridicule us in front of other guests. On leaving the gate would not open to which her reply was, "Well how have you been getting in and out all weekend then". The male present had to manually open the gate after 20 minutes of waiting.

Having paid for this weekend break which is long deserved to be then made to clean and tidy which is not something the public have had to be subject to after paying for accomodation and suffering this pandemic. This company should be glad of our custom and that we are finally able to support their business.

We will not be staying here again and this review is not something i have ever had to do previously but ill mannered individuals should not be profitting from the public and doing nothing in return.

Hello Julie. Thanks very much for your feedback. I understand your frustration that covid has put extra stresses and strains on us all, but as a business we take our covid precautions very seriously. We do this in order to protect both our guests and our staff, in the hope of suppressing the pandemic and avoiding future enforced closures meaning that even UK holidays wouldn't be possible. On this basis we are certainly not using covid as an excuse. One of our extra precautions as a business which is common among self-catering accommodation providers is that guests are asked to bring their linen to reception at the end of their stay, and we do contact all guests by email and phone before their stay to explain what we are doing for the safety of everyone, as well as having notices in the lodge. Covid has cost us all so much, and we are certainly not 'profiting from the public'. Indeed as a business we have forced to be closed for large parts of the last 18 months at huge financial and emotional cost. We will be as pleased as you are to see covid regulations finally behind us, but until then they are in place for an important reason, and I'm sorry of this had an impact on your holiday

This is the second time we have stayed at Pinecroft and we have been so pleased both times. The cabins had everything we needed to cook, clean and relax. They are also inexpensive, when compared to other holiday lets or Air BnBs. They are well equipped, situated on spacious land, have a laundry facility on site and are convenient to a co op.

This time around, I was very unwell and could not continue the journey we had planned. I emailed Beryl to see if we could extend our visit to Pinecroft and she shuffled around the reservations so we could stay in our same cabin. Then, she asked if she could arrange for groceries or anything to be dropped off.

I am sure we were quite a nuisance, but Pinecroft did everything to make sure our trip was pleasant, and what a beautiful place to heal!

A big shout out to Neville (the on-site manager) and to Beryl (our email contact) for making our stay a joy and our recovery so much easier.

We stayed at the Pinecroft lodges from the 20/12/19 for a week and we couldn’t have asked for a better break. We had a party of 14 staying at Holly, Larch & Pine and all of the lodges were perfect.

On the day of arrival Oliver was always at hand, if he was away from the site he was always contactable and was straight round if required. He couldn’t have made our stay any welcome than it was. When we arrived at the cabins, all 3 had lovely decorated Christmas trees and a complimentary bottle of mulled wine! (Thank you Oliver)

Holly was the largest of the 3, with 6 of us out of our party sleeping there, but the lodge could easily sleep 10 people. The cabin size is more than adequate for the amount of people it can hold, we sat around the table at Christmas with all 14 of us! Everything is well equipped, however you do need to take your own towels. The kitchen had everything you would need (even a washing machine) and the living room was the same. The cabins are all warm and cosy with the option to alter the temperature in each room if required!

Larch & Pine has the ability to sleep up to 6 people, using the sofa bed. Again, both of the cabins were fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay.

The location of the cabins is perfect for stay in the countryside. You have the yorkshire three peaks a short drive, Ingelton waterfall trail and the Ingelton caves 5 minutes drive away.

There is a co op about a 10 minute walk down the road or a 15 minute drive there is a booths supermarket.

Overall, our stay would be a 10/10 and we have already recommended the lodges to other friends and family and we definitely will be back!

The lodge was very clean and warm. There is a nice decking with plenty of garden furniture. The site itself is quiet and very well kept. The lodge is in a lovely setting of grass and trees, with plenty of space between lodges.

Beryl was very helpful with the booking and responded promptly to any enquiries. Neville, the Park Manager, was also very friendly and helpful.

The park is in a convenient position for walking and visiting other towns.

I would not hesitate to stay again if returning to the area.

We have just returned from a weekend in the new Willow Lodge. It was fantastic - modern, comfortable with really nice finishing touches. Perfect base for exploring the fabulous scenery, which is literally on the doorstep!
The lodge itself is cosy, and has a lovely outdoor area - unfortunately the weather wasn't really suitable for sitting outside - but we still enjoyed the peace and tranquility.
The kitchen is well equipped so cooking isn't a chore, although we also enjoyed a superb meal at the Masons. The food was great and the staff really friendly.
We're really looking forward to returning to Pinecroft. It is ideal for a relaxing walking weekend, our dog had a great time (we had no qualms about him being welcome on site and Ingleton is really dog friendly), and we would happily return on our own or as part of a larger group.

Just returned from a great stay at the biggest of the lodges that can sleep up to 48. It has clearly been planned with walkers in mind - great drying room and a sauna! Brilliant kitchen set up (fridge a bit leaky and needs a defrost), fantastic oven and really well appointed. I slept like a log on the comfy bunk beds and I loved the outside space which is very well kept by the industrious Neville. Only gripe would be that the sanitary bins in the ladies needed emptying when we arrived but overall a great stay and we are already looking at when we might be able to return. A lovely place near a beautiful village. Ingleton Falls are a must do and the village itself is beautiful. Lots of lovely cake to be tasted!

Hello Jane. Thanks very much for your review and I'm glad you loved our largest lodge - Timberlodge, and that Neville looked after you. He works really hard to make sure that our five acres of outdoor space as well as our lodges are well maintained for the enjoyment of our guests. I'm sorry though about the sanitary bins - they are collected by an external company and we have been in touch with them to try to make sure that collections work better in the future.
