They have aptly named the Resort. All I can say is"Encore" . Wouldn't be my last visit here for sure. Covid has been difficult for everyone and hence I guess the property needs a bit more to be worked upon. Some parts of the property seemed unkempt. However the staff and their service is exemplary. I would give the staff 7 out of 5 stars. Right from Reservation to checkout the staff made everything effortless. Special shout out to Shrijana, Dinesh, Biswajeet, Divya, Reshmi and Shreya.... I stayed there with my wife. All we wanted was a break from the daily mundane and we got more than what we expected. The rooms are tastefully designed. Spacious and well thought of. The balconies give great views without compromising on Privacy. The food though limited in choice is lip smackingly good. Attention to detail in taste, texture and presentation is commendable. They have scored extra brownie points in this department. The beautiful panoramic view of the Mulshi lake and mountains combined with the well designed resort topped of with the exceptional service is something worth doing again. Thank You Team Encore.…

It rarely happens that the reviews you read and the pics you see on the site outmatches your expectation. Encore is so beautiful. Amidst lap of nature. Right from Check-in to checkout the experience here is unmatched. We stayed for 2 days and right from the start till the end we couldn't get enough how beautiful the room is, the view from the balcony of the pool, lake and the mountains. And the staff. Been to so many hotels in all over India, haven't seen staff so friendly and attentive to you. Right from reception, to restaurant staff and the facility staff all make you feel welcomed and are very attentive to your needs. Special thanks to Reshmi at the restaurant who welcomes you at check-in and charms you all your stay with her positive contagious smile and takes care of all your food demands. I had very pleasant stay at Encore. Rooms are big, tidy and spacious and the room lighting makes it very cozy. Will surely be visiting again in Monsoon.…

Our visit to Encore Boutique Resort was unmatched! One word- Outstanding!! Wait, did I mention 'Reshmi'. My God! This lady was a cherry on the cake. Reshmi works with the front office at Encore and she made our 2-days extremely comfortable & serene. I would sag she is a wholesome defination of the word 'Hospitality'. Right from taking care of our needs & wants to spreading her infectious smile all around, Encore will forever be etched. Reshmi, I wish to meet you soon again! I made a new friend, yaaaay!! Waking up to the mountain views in the midst of nature was the most beautiful thing here. With the pool right in front of my room, it was just the perfect setting for the two days I spent here. The food was good and staff were also very helpful as they were seen taking that extra effort... this is the perfect place for those want that much needed break without their phones... the best part was there is no phone coverage, so no calls.. All you can do is get lost and be at ease with no one disturbing you... Will be coming back to this place for sure.

We had our Leadership Business offsite and I must say it was very well organized. The Encore staff has been cooperating since the time of booking and all the services provided during our stay were amazing. I don't think we could have had any better place and service apart from Encore. Ambience: Very beautiful and spacious especially for a larger group it's a great place to be. The rooms were clean and tidy and at their best.
