the food in the bar is good with pleasant staff serving. tried the tapas with nice cold beer sitting outside. plenty of local people eat there, nice and clean inside near the Museum de Jamon and at the end of the main street in Aracena.

We week staying elsewhere, but we really liked the bar. The tapas menu is very good, and the service was excellent. Would definitely go back. The bar is clean, and modern and the location is very central.

I was at this hotel with my wife and our dog for a weekend. The hotel is perfectly located and it is easy to park the car near by it. The staff are quite friendly and nice. The price was reasonable and there was not any problem at all carrying our dog. ( We just paid a small supplement). We were lucky with the room booked and enjoyed a wonderful view of the castle from the room's window. So far, it is look like a perfect paradise. On the other hand, the room was very old, clean, but old. The worst was the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant and uncomfortable. overall, the room was kind of depressing. But for the price paid and the others pros, I totally recommend this hotel for one or two nights maximum.

Nos complace que su estancia fuese agradable y le pareciese "estar en el paraíso". Por otra parte, queremos informarle que sus palabras son tenidas en cuenta y estamos trabajando para mejorar nuestras instalaciones. Arrived to be told the only room they had was in the loft, which was not a problem at 40 euros a night. But it was a problem when the bill was presented at 70 euros a night. Breakfast was a simple bread and ham or jam with coffee so thick a spoon would stand up, and not enough seats for the number of rooms. I could not recommend this hotel but maybe, when it is quieter, it may be better

The hotel is located right in the centre of Aracena. We stayed there for 7 nights and could park our car every day in front of the hotel, an advantage. The hotel and our room (337) was very clean, the room was spacious and looked basic but ok. The double bed was rather small for 2 people. Bathroom is spacious with everything we needed. This is a two star (no luxury) hotel, not brand new, but with an according price. Staff members are all very friendly and helpful. (We had a problem with an Avis rental, all receptionists offered to help wherever they could.) Next visit we would go there again.

I had a room in the first floor, with a view to the side street, to a grey wall, bars in front of the window, felt like in a prison, the room itself was small and I had the feeling that everything here is used, in a negative sense. The process of checking in was way too long and bureaucratic. It was not a great pleasure to stay in this hotel. Maybe I just got the worst room… Aracena is a stunning place, the Castillo and Temple have magical radiation. If you sit down the stairs for a few minutes on the backside of the temple, you can enjoy a perfect view and listen to the happy and playful swallows whizzing around. And for sure, don’t miss the Gruta de las Marvillas… If you would like to eat something really good and tasty, just go to the restaurant LA REJA! One of my best experiences regarding restaurants, the food was more than excellent! Everything fresh and at every bite you have that “mmmh” feeling… just great, thanks guys for the passion for perfection! Best torta de queso ever! A lot of locals eat here and nobody speaks English… : ) Oh and the price is also very okay! I ate there three times and I would eat there close every day if I could……

Estimado Sr.: En primer lugar nos gustaría agradecerle que dedicase parte de su valioso tiempo a valorar nuestro hotel y por otra parte, queremos también expresar nuestro pesar dada la experiencia que relata en nuestra casa. No obstante, queremos informarle que nuestro hotel cuenta con distintos tipos de habitaciones que van desde la individual hasta la suite junior, cada una con su precio correspondiente. Usted se alojó en una habitación individual, una de las más baratas de las que dispone el hotel aunque no por ello tiene menos comodidades que las otras más caras. Es más, su habitación disponía de cama matrimonial por lo que puede parecer que la habitación es más pequeña de lo que realmente es. Como usted dice: “Aracena es un lugar impresionante…” y parte de la idiosincrasia de este bonito pueblo son las calles estrechas y sus casas blanqueadas con cal (que no gris). Nuestro hotel se encuentra situado en pleno centro de Aracena, haciendo esquina con lo que tres de sus cuatro fachadas dan a 3 calles diferentes cada una con su propia peculiaridad que las hacen únicas en Aracena. Al estar tan céntrico nuestro establecimiento, es común que existan bares en una u otra calle y que en tardes y noches agradables apetezca tomarse una copita con su tapita en sus terrazas. Sin embargo, si nosotros hubiésemos sabido en ese momento que la habitación que le ofrecimos no era de su agrado, gustosamente le hubiésemos cambiado a otra, incluso de mayor categoría y respetando el precio pactado. En cuanto al proceso de registro, no hacemos más que cumplir la ley, es decir, rellenar un documento de bienvenida que firma el cliente y que tiene valor de contrato entre él mismo y el hotel para la prestación de unos servicios. Y además, “Según lo dispuesto en el artículo 1 del Decreto 1513/1959, de 18 de agosto, los establecimientos de hostelería tienen la obligación de llevar un libro-registro de viajeros. De igual forma, el artículo 2 del citado Decreto establece que toda persona mayor de dieciséis años, que se aloje en uno de aquellos establecimientos, deberá firmar un parte de entrada. (Orden INT/1922/2003, de 3 de julio, sobre libros-registro y partes de entrada de viajeros en establecimientos de hostelería y otros análogos). Finalmente, queremos decirle que todos y cada uno de los miembros que forman parte de esta Casa deseamos que la estancia entre nosotros de todos nuestros clientes sea lo más agradable y satisfactoria posible. Todos ponemos nuestro esfuerzo, empeño y trabajo a su servicio. Por este motivo, comentarios como el suyo nos ayudan a seguir en la misma línea en las cosas que hacemos muy bien y a mejorar en aquéllas que no lo hacemos tanto.
