The location was good and the view was nice but after walking a section of the Fisherman’s Trail all day, I just wanted to sit in the sauna for ten to twenty minutes. I was told that it would be 10 Euros. That’s an unnecessary charge for guests. I could have turned it on myself…
We stayed for two nights. Rooms are very small and dated but clean. Breakfast was ok. Good WiFi which was useful for work and we used the lounge which was comfortable. Probably ok for an overnight stay but no reason to return.
Functional but largely unmemorable. Rooms ok - but on the small side. Pool area welcome on a hot day. Staff friendly. Try the restaurant by the BP garage next door - unexpectedly good - food was outstanding.
