Poorly equipped and badly maintained. Not even a tin opener in the kitchen when we arrived, no tumblers, only 3 bowls, no teaspoons. Cooking equipment two camp style pots and a frying pan with a loose handle! Floors filthy, bathroom dirty . Thin sheets over stained and torn mattresses, no sign of mattress protectors. Dangerous electric sockets with exposed wiring. Swimming pool went green for 3 days Staff friendly but obviously are ignorant of acceptable standards and lacking both supervision and guidance.

Fully equipped kitchens with pots, dishes, etc, four burner ranges, full-sized refrigerators, one or two bedrooms, air conditioned, free Wi-Fi, bottled water delivered for $1 for 5 gallons, pleasant and professional staff. Across the street from a hypermart with everything. Small pool. Deposits are required. (In country by bank deposit.) I've stayed here several time and will keep going back. Good restaurant on-site.

We stay here for 3 week and the condition of the apartment is very good. Near with the hypermarket and we can cook on the apartment. One of the best area to stay in Dumaguete. Friendly staff and helpful. Will visit again!

The area is very accessible to nearby stores if you would be needing anything. And also the beach and pool! The staff are very friendly and accommodating - they are approachable and will attend to your needs ASAP. Plus its affordable! Super recommending this place!

After our visit at dumaguete springs beach resort we went to Dumaguete on our last night stay and rented a 2 bedroom Apartment at Dumaguete Springs in Vallencia road / lower Bagacay. Rooms very spaces and really European style how all is set up there . They have all new Flat screen Televisions now. Pool was nice and good fun to swim there to chill down. Next day we took the offer from Dumaguete springs secretary to avail the Airport transfer! We was very happy and be there next year again

I stayed for 1 week with my family and the apartment is so nice. We can cook. I love the pool, and the kids too. Best location. One of the best area to stay in Dumaguete. Friendly staff and helpful. Will visit again!

Although really intended for long term guests, if they have any empty apartments, they'll rent them to you for as short a time as a night or two. But be warned that the apartments are a bit old and tired. Kitchens have very little equipment other than fridge & microwave. However, there's a good Pinoy Crispy Pata restaurant downstairs, so you don't have to prepare your own foods if you don't want to. There's a big Hypermarket across the road, with a wide range of take out and eat in food / snack options

Dear Jonathan We see your coments and please find our response as follows: Our Apartments are for both long term and short term clients ,and all details are on our websites . All our rooms are equipt with the latest available digital smart TV ,whole Building was just newly painted,and rooms was renovated,so we can absolutely not agree with your statement. Also we have all basic eqipmets at the Kitchen ,and upon request by our clients we can supply additional kitchen ware if needed,but so far most clients find it sufficient to cook a meal. First of all, this is not a hotel but and old apartment. Made a booking and called up "manager" that we will arrive at 11pm. She said its not an issue and will leave keys with the guard(?) We arrived 11pm, no front desk, no keys left with guard and didnt know anything about it. Called up "manager" and she said she didnt get our booking and said the place was full!!

You booked our Hotel at about 8 PM the same day you had booked and try to check in at 11 PM ,but unfortunetley our Place was already fully booked on your arrival and your booking via a booking agent could no longer be accepted by our hotel. A firm response was send to the booking agent were you booked. Our Hotel is not an old Apartment but a modern ,fully updated hotel facility and one of the best in town. I have spent several months in 3 different apartments and I can only recommend staying there. The apartments provide you with everything you need for a pleasant stay and the location in lower Bagacay is just perfect. There is the Hyper Mart right across the street and a small 7/11 convenience store just next to Springs Apartment. Whereever you want to go, it is only a short ride from Springs. Downtown, Boulevard, Robinson's or to the hills of Valencia. Not to forget their swimming pool. I really enjoyed to cool off on hot and sunny days. And last but not least: the friendly and helpful people at Springs Apartment will do anything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I can only recommend Springs Apartment it will not let you down.

Checked in 07/01/2016 room#2 by the pool, first day, opened door and boom!! "Filthy" no brush, no dustpan, no cleaning implements!! 20000 for month stay with 10000 deposit, for 1 month you will be charged 450 for an empty gas bottle, you will be charged an extortionate 9.4 per unit electric, they tell you this is the normal rate there!! It is not!! It is there own made up rate!! I actually only spent 16 nights in there because I travelled around staying at other places, I checked out on 31/01/2016 and was charged 5000 for electric used and a further 450 for the consumer unit!! The apartment had 2 aircon units, 1 in the living room "never used" and 1 in the bedroom "very old and very very noisy" While not spending time at the apartment all appliances were left unplugged so no excess usage, my total bill for all the wonderful things they supply like crap TV (never watched) very very poor wifi (when it worked) was 8300 for my wonderful 16 days in there!! Would I recommend booking this accommodation?? Of course I would!! But only if you were booking it for the ex wife or the mother in law!! Oh and I also got charged for a missing fork from cutlery and a glass??? Quite strange really because I never used any of these items, I ate out every day/night😳…

Dear Mick Sorry to hear about your complain. You are 1 out of the past 50 Guests checked in to our place with such complains such as yours. We have all cleaning services available at our place and there are 2 girls allocated looking after the rooms to be cleaned and once someone ask ,they would immediate come and provide your needs. Electric consumption is on your control and not ours ,so depend on your usage you will be charged. The rate 9.4 pesos per KWH is from the electric company Noreco and is a common and correct rate here in the Philippines were electric power is quite expensive. Our electric charges are based on the meter reading check in and check out ,so your complain on that matter is quite baseless. Our Wifi is one of the fastest you can get anywhere in Dumaguete City with a high speed of 15 Megabits,so again your complain have no basis. If anything is missing from the apartment ,of course you will be charged accordingly. Thank you and best regards , Egon
