Very clean and tidy, with very friendly staff. If you’re looking for a bed for the night or longer this is a basic but clean and friendly option. Good location for getting around Dumaguete and further afield

The place is super clean and very affordable. It’s located in a great spot, just behind Robinson’s Mall and about 5 minutes ride from the Boulevard... it’s also on the road to Valencia. A 7/11 is located right next door and there is a bank with an ATM next door as well. The rooms are small and basic but reasonable. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Great spot.

A small but nice clean rooms, sparkling linens and towels, food that can be ordered and served in-room, efficient and smiling hotel personnel, plenty of parking space at the other side of the main street and most of all, near every place a family would want to be - a big mall just beside it, plenty of restaurants around, walking distance to Ceres bus station which ply the whole Negros island up to Cebu and to top it all, pretty good and fairly competitive price for a charming medium size hotel.

We stayed at the Manhattan Suites for 1 night waiting for our Ferry from a 3 week dive trip on the island. Great location next to a working ATM, several bakeries, Robinsons Mall and short walk to McDonalds. Robinsons has many restaurant options. Location is fantastic, room is small but clean with an elevator. breakfast can be ordered from an in room menu. About 15 min ride to ferry.

Most rooms (with windows) are along the road, but super clean and good for one or two night stay. Location is good, big parking opposite. Breakfast is quite basic in the lobby. Near Robinsons and Ceres Bus Station.

Comfortable bed and sheets. Perfect location its right beside Robinsons mall. Near the Ceres Bus terminal ( serves passengers bound for Bacolod, Cebu cities ). Room with free breakfast. Toilet with bidet. Cons: bathroom is rather small. had a big cockroach in the bathroom when i returned at night. Noisy guests ( Chinese and Tagalogs mostly ) in the adjoining room. Good fair pricing. Overall 7/10

We stayed here for only 1 night. The Matrimonial bed was smaller than a Queen size bed. Pillows were hard. Mattress was okay. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was facing The window, The TV was on The Side which was weird. You cannot watch TV while lying down. The worst part of it all, was when I asked 2 more extra pillows there was a fee of ₱30.00 per pillow. They only provide 2 pillows in a room. Meaning one pillow each if you are two pax in a room. Then we also had to pay extra ₱30.00 again for new towels. Hahahahaha i was shocked. I should have hanged my towel if only I knew I had to pay if I request for a new one. Never again!!!

We had a great stay here, it's a great hotel for a reasonable price. The place was super clean, the staff was friendly and helpful and it has a very good location. The only problem we encountered was trying to get the hot water to function properly, but I'm sure if you ask the staff they would assist you. I definitely recommend staying here.

Due to the cancellation of our flight (allegedly weather related???) we needed an overnight out stop. This was recommended to us and it turned out to be very reasonable and very clean. Certainly wouldn’t make it a holiday destination but a great business or pre airport hotel. A good find.

I picked this place because of its proximity to the mall. There wasn't much we planned during our stay in the city, so I decided beforehand to book a place close to the mall, with a variety of resto to eat at and things to buy or choose from. This is just walking distance from the mall, although due to the ongoing renovations, you'd walk a bit more to reach the main mall entrance. At the entrance to the building, on the left side, is the Drip & Sip Cafe; looks unassuming but we were surprised on our first morning when an elderly couple sat at one of the tables. It just looks unassuming, not totally abandoned but not overly used as well. Getting to your rooms, they have stairs and an elevator to get you until the 3rd floor of the inn. This place is a decent accommodation, with functional room ammenities and accommodating staff. We were booked in their family room, with 2 beds, a TV, a water heater in case we wish to avail of their complimentary tea or coffee packets; you also have complimentary toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo and such. They do daily housekeeping as well, with daily change of towels and replacement of complimentary toiletries per day. What I probably don't like during our stay is the funny smell of the bathroom/toilet. I think it has something to do with the sewage or something, but overall it was a decent place to stay. By the way, if you ever arrived early before check in time, they have a storage room in case you want to explore the city without the hussle of bringing your luggages with you. And if you bought Silvanas or any food that needs to be refrigerated before your flight, you may also ask the front desk and avail the free of their refrigerator near the reception desk.
