Stayed the night with our baby. There were creaky floors near the headboard. You know how it is with a sleeping baby, they hear the noise (even the ongoing construction nearby). Compared to the Go Hotels Manila Airport Road, Dumaguete’s comfort room is not separated with its shower room. But, the lights were dim. The air-conditioning unit takes time to cool down the room. The room is spacious — a small wardrobe or dresser would be great or maybe a small table, not just the side tables.
On the plus side of things, the location is great. It’s near the Robinson’s Place Dumaguete, near small eateries. The breakfast we ordered was great! The overall experience is value-for-your-money.

Im very pleased with my stay in this hotel. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and tidy. There were toiletries provided. The close proximity to a mall was plus for me. There were a lot of restaurant options and other leisure activities a tourist can do.

Very nice hotel. The staff is excellent and always willing to help you. The location is superb just 1 minute to walk to the best shopping center in Dumaguete, Robinson mall. Since I asked for a long-term rental, I got the room rented at an extra good deal.

Very accommodating staff. The guards are very attentive and willing to assist especially when it comes to luggage assistance and trike. Housekeeping staff maintained the room cleanliness and in providing us anything we need especially with the iron and hairdryer. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

My cousin and I decided to stay at Go Hotels Dumaguete and we were speechless on how comfortable the beds were and the location was accessible to the mall, transport terminal, convenient stores and restaurants. The staff accommodated us with a smile as well as the security guards. The only drawback was the internet connection - I hope they improve it as most tourists need net connection during their vacation. We'll definitely stay here again when we plan to visit Dumaguete again!

The hotel staff Brian Leigh, Jorissa Mae and Michael were so friendly and attends to to our needs wholeheartedly. The security guards were so accommodating and help me find rides as well as give the correct and economical suggestions for food. The beds and mattresses were so clean and comfy. The only hotel where I experienced bottomless distilled water. The drinks and snacks were at the same price in the supermarkets. It is a budget hotel with a twist of superb and remarkable services whom we never expected! We will keep on coming back! Keep it up!

"I had a wonderful stay at Go Hotels Dumaguete. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The staff are very accommodating to our requests and special discounts are provided upon our request. The location is near our conference venue. Very accessible to the public transport stations,restaurants and shopping areas. Also the security staff are very courteous.

Go Hotels is a very good choice for us when we visited Dumaguete. The rooms are cozy and clean. The staff (receptionists, guards, housekeeping) are polite, friendly, and quick to respond to concerns/queries. The beds are also very comfortable to use. There is an internet which can be used if browsing is necessary for the guests. There is also a television for those who are fans of traditional form of entertainment. All of these perks for an air-conditioned room at a very affordable price. It is also a bonus that the hotel is near the Robinsons Mall hence, there is an easy access to food and other needs.
