As a guest, I was surrounded by peaceful and relaxing ambiance, a fine selection of comfort dining experience, excellent service, all located at the heart of the quaint city of Dumaguete We appreciated the sustainability advocacy of the hotel, it reflects the goals of Dumaguete as a community. CJ, one of the managers, made us feel right at home. Truly deserving of a shoutout were also the hospitality interns.

Spacious and clean room. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Conveniently located near a lot of restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Probably one of the best hotels in Dumaguete so far. ❤️❤️

Very accessible. Chic hotel yet affordable and offers Super huge rooms with two huge beds and fluffy pillows! What’s also nice about the hotel is the Fast wifi and active Netflix acct in each room. Ay night, be amazed with their hallway with light accents forming an arch, making you feel like a queen walking in a ramp! 😊 Food at Piapi Deli is a must try, affordable yet comes in big serving! friendly and cheerful staff, if you want to go sight seeing, just approach their receptionist or their friendly Kuya drivers to take you to the famous Boulevard and other tourist spots nearby. Lastly, and this you should not miss trying —— there’s a bar at the rooftop called “The Pawnshop” and the restroom comes with a gold toilet bowl! 😊 see for yourself! 😊 Other resto available - Buglas Isla and La Mensa at the back of the hotel and Sol Bar just on the side. 😊…

Discovering this hotel was a very pleasant surprise that exceeded all our expectations. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was quiet and clean, the bathroom modern and well equipped. Good breakfast. Service is excellent, all the staff from the reception to the restaurant are extremely friendly and always eager to assist.

Spacious rooms, comfortable beds with the fluffiest pillows, and the nicest, most accomodating staff. Make sure to check out their rooftop bar for sunset drinks too. Perfect place to stay when you need to stay in the city proper. Will definitely come back.

I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the western world (like Four Seasons Inn on the Park, London & George V Paris). The level of service & friendliness and pleasing personality of the staff here ranks right up there. The property is spotless and modern and very comfortable.

Really Friendly Staff, great location. Quiet at night. Really nice food from the in house deli cafe. The bed is very comfortable and large. Perfect with the smart tv and Netflix. Overall great stay and they made the extra effort to help with requests I made and requests I didn’t make but they knew it would help with. Highly recommend!

The staffs were accommodating and polite. The hotel rooms were clean and well kept. Can't wait for the swimming pool to open soon. Their restaurant offers vast selection of food choices that tastes good.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Dumaguete for four nights. The hotel is new and the facilities are squeaky clean. We felt very welcome here because of their warm service. We loved the modern glass lift, though enjoyed taking the stairs up to the room too. It’s close to the Rizal Boulevard and trikes are easy to come by (15 pesos fare per person). We highly recommend this hotel to all looking for a comfortable stay in Dumaguete. :)

My stay in Hotel Dumaguete, Dumaguete City was a very cozy and relaxing one. I enjoyed their facilities, their location is also great, not bothered by any noise so my sleep was not interrupted at all. There is also a golden toilet in the 4th floor, worth the visit
