We had one of the rooms in the main lobby area. The room was clean, neat, and just what we needed. You can tell it's well-cleaned throughout the place and all the appliances are new. The door has a dead bolt and is locked by a physical key card instead of a normal key so I felt safe with my belongings whenever I left. The staff was very helpful and polite and helped me book my transport back to the airport. They also offer a self-service store and will cook you breakfast for about 100 pesos if you don't feel like venturing out of the hotel.
We arrived at 10 AM but check-in wasn't until 2 PM and had activities booked for the day. They let us keep our stuff in the main lobby and watched over it. I was skeptical about doing that at first but we didn't have any other choice. I'm happy to say our stuff was just fine once we returned.
The only con I would note is that the bathroom isn't exactly private. I didn't have too much of a problem with it but the bathroom in the room is only separated by a divider that reaches a height halfway to the ceiling. And the barrier is just frosted glass. Just something to keep in mind! All the rooms are like that.

Room Tip: Getting a room in the main hallway was a good choice! Easy access to everything and it felt secure!

Located away from the heart of the city but restaurants and the city mall are within easy walking distance. Rooms are comfortable and of a reasonable size, with a modern clean bathroom. Because of the low price and value for money I would stay here again should I choose to visit Dumaguete again.

A very awkward comfort room/ bathroom. It’s made of frosted glass! And it’s not even from wall to ceiling glass. It goes only halfway thru the ceiling. And the beds are even facing it. You can see the other person doing his/her own business pr smell it. Not unless you’re married or bf & gf- not even!!! And the tv is mounted onto to the cr’s wall. So you can watch the other person taking a bath or whatever and watch tv at the same time. There’s no privacy! I had to go outside and wait for my girl friend to finish whatever she’s doing. And there are mosquitoes at the waiting area. The receptionist says, all rooms are made the same. Who designed this hotel? I’m not asking for a 5 star hotel but at least a little privacy.

I could not book over internet (booking.com) so rang them directly and a very helpful Michelle booked me in. Room was quite small but super modern and trendy
A/C a bit noisy so would have preferred a fan but not complaining. Will stay again for sure
