Detailed Reviews
A problem with having the correct room type we paid for, but it was resolved and partial refund given. One staff member was a bit argumentative and then we never saw a smile, not profesional.
Not a brothel but a love hotel where couples go for a night of passion, hence the name and the pink hearts on the room doors.
Depressing orange/yellow painted room, crazy high beds. No view from cheaper rear rooms, bad traffic noise from front deluxe rooms with balconies onto the main street, the road is National Highway 7.
Good hot showers, though deluxe room 203 heater is either too hot or cold, thermostat has failed.
Full fire alarm and sprinkler systems but 2nd floor fire escape was blocked with furniture and rubbish.
Its OK if you need to be in the center of town but for the money you could do better. Clean enough, linens good. 3 stories, no lift.

Rooms are clean and very comfortable and included free wifi and breakfast. Great value and staff were helpful and friendly.
Reception sells drinks including alcohol at very fair prices.
The only downside was we had a balcony room and the street traffic was fairly noisy until midnight and started again at 4am. I would stay there again but not in a balcony room. We played music from my phone to help sleep and cover the traffic noise. If it was't for the traffic I would have given 5 stars
