This Farm Resort is still being developed and is very suitable for large groups and conventions. It has many rooms and cottages. Some rooms are available without aircon at a lower price. Rooms were very clean with good bedding and chairs in the room.
Good breakfast was included. There is no restaurant for individual dinners.
The place is surrounded by farm land and it is very quiet. It is about 3 km on dirt road from the main highway thru Manolo, the turn-off is about 1/2 km north of the Municipal Building.

We celebrated an advanced Birthday party for my daughter who loves to swim and we were not disappointed with the place. We were booked on the upper level poolside and was lucky enough that our family and friends were the only one who occupied the place.Going there was not a breeze because of the rough road but was still manageable. Bathroom was well maintained. The party area is covered and with a fan. The pool size is good but water was cold ( not temperature controlled) The surrounding was kept clean also. BBQ area added plus.Staff was accommodating and friendly. The only negative feedback is the person who looks after the pool should clean up the fallen leaves as much as possible and staff should at least check with their clients on interval if we still need assistance. The place has more potential

I wished that we could have stayed longer in the place so we could enjoy more the very peaceful and natural ambiance. At first, we were anxious because it was quite far from the highway but its really worth it when you get there. The room was very clean as well and the facilities were new. The staff were also very accommodating, we carried a lot because we had 3 kids then. I'd definitely recommend it if you want a relaxing stay, all you can hear is water from the river and the sound of the birds.

Not worth the money infested with ants,1000's in our room, 3 beds and a tv, no sitting area, people have to pay to visit you, extra cost if you bring food with you, more if Lechon. Left for the day to go see family since they had to pay to come see us, and when we returned that night the ant problem had become a thousand time worse and the staff never was in the room, the beds were never made, no clean linen, just totally disgusting. It was like being in a prison, they control you like puppets. Where they got these other reviews is beyond me I think they were written by the staff because I saw it as a disaster. Please go some where else and stay, don't ruin a vacation here, you will hate yourself in the long run

Had a lovely stay at Villa Imelda the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The room was a little small but was clean and very comfortable, there was a enjoyable area to sit outside the room with a lovely view over looking the pool..
I had my wedding at this resort and the staff did a fantastic job and made it a fantastic day..
Thank you..

If you're looking for a place to chill out with family and friends and to bond with nature this place is a haven. With swimming pools to beat the summer heat. They have rooms that are affordable if you want to stay the night. Breakfast also included in the rate! Also they have an activity hall to held parties and gatherings.

Stayed here the second time when we attended the Rodeo Shown in Manolo Fortich. They added more rooms since our first time. We got an aircon room for P 1200 with breakfast. It was a good deal. Amenities include Coffee, water, electric kettle and toiletries.
Very relaxing place, no pollution, helpful staff. You need a vehicle to go here though since it is located a few kms from the highway. But it was a very good experience

We stayed overnight in Villa Imelda since it had enough rooms to accommodate our group of 14 people; and it was provided to us by our local hosts.

The place is located about 2 kilometers from the main highway and you need to arrange transport to get to the place since there are no regular public utility vehicles going to the place.

The place was perfect for what we needed - - big open spaces, pool and enough number of rooms. The staff were very accommodating, adjusting to our schedule; they even packed our breakfast since we had to leave early.
