Dahilayan Forest Park Resort is celebrated for its enchanting atmosphere and the spacious, clean rooms offering picturesque views. Guests are charmed by the beautiful ambience and the hotel's natural setting, which accommodates a range of activities. However, some travelers express dissatisfaction with room amenities and highlight maintenance concerns, including safety issues and the occasional non-working shower. While the service is generally lauded for its warmth and efficiency, a few visitors experienced delays in the restaurant. Opinions on the resort's value are mixed, with praise for the experience clashing with criticisms over the price and amenity offerings.

Staff and crew are helpful. Room is clean and spacious, of course view from our room is superb. Areas for improvement, need to provide intercom, room lights must be working properly, water supply in the bathroom must be sufficient. Good experience!

The room was cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Our room had a gorgeous view, its nice that it has a balcony. We had easy access to the park's amenities and the staff were very professional. At first the drain along the shower was clogged up but they were able to fix it immediately after we notified the staff. My suggestion is to check the drain, etc. before having someone check in. But overall, it was a great stay with family!

While the front desk is very professional and friendly, I couldn't help but be ashamed that I took my friend (a tourist) to this place.
1. We were placed in a room first with no window view making it claustrophobic. When I complained to the staff, they moved me to a room with a window. I didn't mind being put in a room outside the resort but nobody asked if it was okay for us to have a room with no window view.

2. It took 30 minutes and a second call to the front desk to followup on the room transfer.

3. Life vests for bumper boats don't have locks and not sanitized after use. You could have discarded life vests that are busted.

4. The luge ride was terrible. Imagine having to wait for more than 45 minutes to line up for the first ride because there were limited cars. Then there are 2 lines so they can alternately accommodate individuals on their 1st ride and their 2nd ride. Everyone was grumpy and so was the staff. There was no system. You could have provided time slots for the rides so you can only accommodate a maximum group of individuals. And the worse thing, there were a lot of cars parked in the finish line. Doesn't make sense to have it all piled up there. Basically, you caused people to waste their time on that ride which it could have been spent for other rides.

5. Internet is out around 12am in our room. This isn't the first time I noticed though.
6. Shower head was not functioning fully with only a few holes spouting water.

I've stayed here for 3x this year and gave a chance every time for redemption. I hope you invest in training your staff so they become more efficient, discerning to the convenience of your customers. It would be best to invest in your infrastructure as well. The whole place is giving red flags when it comes to safety, sanitation and ambience.

I would love to recommend this place to my family and friends. The service is great and the staff are very respectful and accommodating. The coffee is perfect for this cozy place, it’s relaxing and exciting at the same time. Just bring some extra money for you to avail all the rides, it’s pricey but it’s worth it!

Absolutely worst experience. Poor customer service. Booked a room for 6. The staff gave us a room right beside a function hall. They never asked me if its ok to place us right beside the function hall and they did not inform us there is a function until 10pm. The room is vibrating from the loud music. Giving us a headache. When we came in, no tv because cable connection is intermittent. No hot water and the staff took ages to fix. I would never recommend anyone to check in, try or book here. We wanted a relaxing experience that we thought the place offers its guests but we experienced the opposite. Not worth the price.

I booked this trip for my family for rest and relaxation. Firstly, I was torn between Dahilayan Adventure Park and Dahilayan Forest Park (just knew that they are two different companies). I messaged them both but the Forest Park was very prompt in responding and thus, I booked with them.

I made the right choice.

Upon checking-in, the process was very smooth and quick. The receptionist was friendly and approachable. They asked us for our vaccination cards and health declaration forms which are essential. They rang us straight away once our rooms were ready. By then, we had the time to check the place. We also got to enjoy the rides. (750php/ package).

It's like we are in a different country.

The pine trees were enormous, the rides in the Forest Park were family friendly and less "adrenaline-inducing" but altogether very fun! We particularly enjoyed the Forest Luge & enjoyed the classical music and ambiance of their diner. We loved the Beatles!

The view of the whole park was breathtaking.

When we entered our rooms, we immediately felt at home. The hallway and the rooms smelt so nice that we felt relaxed. The beds are so comfortable. The floors are clean and the room itself is tidy. Special mention are the bathrooms. I highly compliment their bathrooms. It is clean, tidy, fresh and it felt like it is newly built. The shower and toilet are super clean. Towels and toiletries are provided. The lighting is great and the mirror installed in the door is a genius style.

The WiFi is not that fast but rightly so as we got to spend more time with each other than our phones. We got to relax and talk and discuss things in life. It was the perfect time to enjoy each other's company.

The Adventure Park is not too far too! It's just 3-5 mins away from the Forest Park.

I highly suggest you stay in Forest Park, enjoy their rides and the scenery. And then if you want a bit of more adventure, visit Adventure Park.

Going to Dahilayan was unexpected. All i researched was for accommodations in Manalo Fortich in Bukidnon. I didnt realize that Dahilayan was actually a barangay that was an attractkon in itself, and there were alot of accomodations close to each other. We are happy with are stay at Dahilayan Forest Park. Our rooms were a bit small, specially the comfort room, but the bed was comfortable, amenities adequate, and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There were many rides and activities for the family within the compound which were resonably priced. My children wanted to play mini golf as well as walk around, too bad it was raining that we didn't get to experience them all. The next morning we opted to go to the adjacent resort Dahilayan Adventure Park to ride the Razorback ride and Zipline. We would definitely like to go back to experience the whole Barangay Dahilayan. One day is not enough.

The room is great and complete with the essentials. We enjoyed our stay here. However, there's no table and chair inside the room for you to order room service. There is a table and chair for two on the veranda but there are already many mosquitoes at night so it's impossible to eat there. The wifi is also slow. The food at the Forest Cafe is great - we liked their kare-kare and tapsilog the most. Their salad is prepared lazily so if you want to order that, be prepared to bite huge chunks of lettuce and cucumber. I just wish there was a small sari-sari store in the area so you can buy things.

You can get free entrance and 10% off of their activities so it's worth it. There's also a room where you can leave your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Restaurant was very unhygienic, we ate late lunch around 3pm. Server just place the food to our table without cleaning it, imagine new cook food together with leftovers from other costumers. Breakfast doesn’t have drinkable water, pay 50 or run into your room.

Hotel scams us, pictures shows how they get us to booked. We wanted nature vibe hotel so we can relax but they cage us, with no tv channels, no bidet pressure and no hot showers. Sadly, a walk in family able to get the room we desire. But it’s okay. Not until My senior citizen mom used trash bin so she can wash herself. and All of us endured the cold shower in a freezing temperature. I can’t even count how many time I slammed the telephone with all of our complaints. I had enough of bad service. I’d talked to the head and the manager both of them apologized for their shortcomings and offer 10% discounts and some ensaymada (trying to win us back) thanks but no thanks, compensating us won’t change our bad experience.

We can deal with small bed, pillows, views and lights but bathroom functions hell no. What a shame Dahilayan Forest Park Resort.

If I knew they will ruined our vacation we should have stayed in some transient house nearby.

The place is beautiful, activities are fun , just take out the hotel it will be a perfect destination.
