this was supposed to be for a relaxing weekend, booking clerk gave us a room had a broken aircon, the bed was old and broken as well and no water the following day. they gave a fan that was noisy. so we had a difficult time sleeping including our 8 month old, cant sleep due to noise and the room was hot and the following day no water. the attraction is okay but if you plan to stay here better make sure everything works. no compensation or whatsoever.

The basic room was spacious enough. It has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. We didn’t switch on aircon or fan and it’s cold in the room. It’s not sound proof either so we can hear guest talking and playing music from another room or corridor. Our room didn’t have hair dryer so on 2nd August night, I went to reception to borrow one. The lady at shift told me they don’t provide hair dryer which was lie because my Sister in law borrowed one that afternoon. So I told her and she changed her words swiftly to that’s the one and only hair dryer they provide. I left, believing her. To my dismay, the next morning my Mother in law managed to borrow a hair dryer. I don’t understand why the girl needs to lie. It’s not as if i will steal the hair dryer. I needed it to dry my wet hair

We had three rooms booked, rooms are spacious, getting there was a bit of a challenge it was 20 minutes out from the town, breakfast was a bit slow on service initially but last couple of days they had anticipated our needs. Even if we had payed in advance, until the checkout date they had not verified the payments and kept saying they will check, the restaurant next to the playground was one of the worst experiences we had encountered, when i asked to speak to a supervisor or a manager the waitress simple told me to go to the reception and laughed. After speaking to the hotel manager, she has apologized as compensation free rides were offered on our checkout dates knowing we were not able to get any benefit due to we were bout to departure. Beautiful location, staff needs

Location - very remote but fantastic scenery and cold weather. Advise you to bring your own transport so you can easily move around and visit other tourist spots within the vicinity. Parking and resort are not connected so make sure to bring an umbrella during the rainy season…and when it rains, it pours. Facilities – a lot of outdoor activities but they are a bit pricey. Check the packages first before buying tickets since some of them are bundled for free. Make sure to bring your own indoor activities (board games) during the rainy season as there are NO indoor gaming facilities. The kids got very bored during our stay since it rains mostly in the afternoon (month of June). By the way, please check the ceiling fans in the room, some of them are about to fall already. Food – A

Room we stayed in was clean, comfy, and cozy. TV was not working. We asked for a staff to fix it for us but no one came. It was standard room for 3 and we payed 3,350 (with senior cit discount) for it. Morning shift staff was warm and friendly but night shift staff was impolite. There's no room service, too. It was raining hard when we arrived and staff led us to our room which was in a different building. He did not even give us umbrellas or offered to carry our stuff. I've stayed at the neighboring Picnic Grove. At 3200, you get a room with balcony and nice view. Room is nicer and more spacious, too.
