This hotel has the best beach...not just on corn island but all of Caribbean, possibly world! I know it surpasses Mediterranean, Aegean and Caribbean beaches I have seen. The white beautiful sand, beautiful cabanas, excellent service and safe feeling make this hotel one which you want to return to time and time again. I cannot say enough about the staff. They immediately make you feel like family, taking care of any requests and offering help throughout your stay. Bungalows have great decks and the comfort rooms are excellent if you want more amenities. Food is amazing! We came to big corn island twelve years ago and have stayed here for everyone of all six trips to corn island that followed. Every visit is even better. Best hotel and best experience! This time we brought our son daughter in law and 6 yr old granddaughter...and they loved everything about it. Thank you to owners and the amazing staff for another fabulous stay!…

I loved our stay at Arenas Beach Hotel. I didn't want to leave. We had a room in one of the bungalows that had an ocean view. I chose this hotel because it was on the west side of the island so we could enjoy sunsets every night and it sits on a beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear calm waters. The bar is right on the sand and is made from an old boat. I drank many Tonas at the bar. Meals are served right on the beach also so you always have an ocean view. The staff were very friendly and always smiling. Special thanks to Marlyn who served us most of the time but I liked all of the servers and bartenders. The manager set us up with a taxi driver named Edwin who goes by "Puma". He was great. He gave us his phone number so we called him anytime we needed a ride. I'll miss Puma. I traveled with a group of 10 people and left the island relaxed and counting days for our next visit. Food was just AMAZING, breakfasts were the best way to start our days there, Marlin was very good to us, very professional and helpful, we hope to see her in our next time there. *in photos with my mom❤️ Bring sunscreen and bugs repellent, ask for beach towels and no hot water in room.

It is not a 4 star hotel as advertised, but its definetly the best you'll get on the island. Its the only one with a beach which is beautiful, this is its main and best attraction. Rooms are ok, very thin walls so you hear everything from nearby rooms..not only the ones you share a wall with. Towels, linens and curtains need to be upgraded...but considering the country's situation business has been low and so its understandable that they are not in investment capabilities. The restaurant is really good, we tried the caribbean lobster & shrimps, seafood fettuccine & shrimp ceviche and fully recommend all. The included breakfast is very flexible, its not on the menu but we switched our sides to fruits with no issue. Staff is wonderful & bar is very good. Arenas is located in front of the best beach in Corn Island. Complementary kayaks and paddle boards makes great for family and friends. The food inclusive plan is good, you are not going to be disappointed with quality and quantity. Good music at night. Confortable and big rooms. Something to make even better the hotel: waiters service, a more kindly service would make these perfect! Recommended for families and couples.
