We went here last May as part of our Vigan-Laoag-Pagudpud trip.We had a room good for 4 ( 4 single beds ). We were greeted by a big spider in their lobby's waiting area / dinning room. Our check in was fast thought. Upon entering our room, although it appeared to be clean, I found one small cockroach walking on top of one bed and another one literally inside my folded blanket. On the positive side they provide hot shower a decent wear pressure. They have decent breakfast as well.

My friends (7 of us) went for a 4 day visit to Ilocos in 2Feb - 5Feb, this is the first hostel we spent our first night. The place is just right for an overnite stay. Free WiFi. With spring type bed, LED TV, shower, cup board, built-in table And chairs. Bathroom and toilet is complete with towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion and shampoo in sachet. Though I don't like the smell of the towel. Overall rating is very good.

We stayed in this hotel/motel as it cheap and this is the only lodge available as the other hotels are all fully booked so we had to stay here for 2 nights. All in all, just a typical hotel/motel in the metro. Nothing much really.

This is a motel, not a hotel. When we arrived they let us park in a parking space and covered it with a curtain, we were confused and suddenly realized that this place is not a hotel, it was a motel. Arriving here as a couple, people (esp filipino) will automatically think that we "dated" at a motel which is a big NO NO. We already had a online booking so there is nothing much we can do. We stayed at their room, the bed sheets are smelly, poor water supply in their cr too. Disappointing :(

Reviews about this place say that its a motel and not a hotel - but seriously by strict definition it can be both. I think how Pinoys define a motel is different - thats where couples spend some private time. This place is indeed both - no sense pretending it isnt. They actually have two sections. The front part is by all means just like any average inn - with basic, functional, no-frills accommodations. This is where they put you if you have booked an Ilocos tour or something like that. Rooms are basic and homey, but very clean. The bathrooms have H&C water. Free breakfast too. You get decent service for a budget hotel. Just set your expectations accordingly, this is simply a 2-star hotel and it doesnt pretend to be otherwise.

This is the worst "hotel" I have ever stayed in. This should be classified as a MOTEL and not a hotel. This is one of those places that rents by the hour and should never be named a hotel. The rooms are small and the amenities are pitiful. The name is totally misleading and the location is also untrue that it is in the city proper.

I was with my boyfriend and friend we bought a promo with tours and accommodations and this is the hotel that was included. I got surprised when the driver checked in us here. I was like what? this is not a hotel. it is a motel. upon entering our room there are this curtains for the rooms in the ground floor. our room was locate din the second floor. i was wondering why do they have these curtains ?? for privacy of the car? . room has a huge mirror like what is this for facing the bed. cr has cockroach. room space was not that big. but i like how there staff always smile to us. they are nice. overall this is a budget motel nor hotel who are seeking for just an overnight stay.

The rooms are clean and food was okay. We stayed here during our Ilocos tour and I could say that the hotel is good. Though our CR has some ceiling leaks, if they fix it the n it's okay. I dont' know the rates but for our package, it is okay :) Hope wifi reaches the rooms :) Free breakfast was okay but it would be better if the viand has a bigger serving :)

I booked myself in for a week in the Kingscourt Hotel at an amazingly cheap rate for a deluxe room. When you pay such a cheap rate, it's easy to imagine that the accommodation won't be up to much. But that assumption was wrong on all accounts. From being able to speak with JC - the hotel Admin Officer via facebook, to the day I left, the service has been exemplary. Don't get me wrong. The Kingscourt is not a seven-star hotel, but it is friendly, comfortable and more than adequate in all aspects, and fantastic value for money. The room itself was spacious and immaculately clean, as was the bathroom, whch contained everything I needed, the bed was comfortable and the aircon worked a treat! Downstairs, the wi-fi in the seating area helped me to keep in touch, and the food, seemingly available 24/7 was very tasty. Because of business commitments, I needed to access emails and the like at night, and to be able to get a cold drink was a bonus. There was a wifi connection in the room, but it tended to drop out fairly often. It's enough to say that when I return to Laoag City, the Kingscourt will be an automatic choice. If there is room for improvement, I would suggest that the bedsheets were slightly bigger, as they always came untucked in the night. But I'm sure that had it become something I had wanted to point out to the staff, they would have done something about it immediately.

the location of the Kingscourt Hotel is quite far from the City Center. The room is clean, plus they provide bathroom slippers. Our overall stay is great. One tip, instead of requesting them to pick you up at the Airport (since it is expensive), I suggest that you take the free shuttle to city then from city you can ride a tricycle. It costs around PHP15.00 per head.
