There are two parts to this hotel. The older 70s-looking building on the west side of Gen Segundo Ave (next to Jollibee), and the newer 90s-looking curvy building on the east side. I stayed in the older one for two nights. The room was small. Very small - with barely enough room to put a suitcase on the floor. The bathroom was tiny too, although the shower was ok. Only soap is supplied, so take your own shower gel and shampoo. The included breakfast was 'set' - no choice: luncheon meat, fried egg and rice. For my second morning I decided to go for fast food instead - there are plenty of outlets to choose from within a few minutes walk. I did see one of the rooms in the rather nicer looking building on the other side of the street, but that room didn't really look much better if at all. Would I stay again? Probably not. I wanted to stay in the centre of Laoag and there are no stand-out hotels there. If I return, I'll stay slightly further out. There was no safe in the room. There was free parking and the security guy was helpful when it came to reversing out on to the main road. Also, the hotel has its own laundry service which was very cheap and quick.

If we had stayed at a big room the night before in Vigan, our room here at Isabel Suites was so small that the room size could have fitted several times in our Vigan hotel room. I am not sure if they do have actual suites here but what we had, and we got 2 rooms, were very small. But given it's reasonable price, you just get your money's worth. At least it came with breakfast. And near Jollibee to satisfy unexpected hunger pangs. Service was average, nothing noteworthy but not exactly bad. If you are on a budget, this is a good place because of its location which is along the main road.

Overall the room was okay it’s clean, staffs are good too, they offered free plated breakfast and free shuttle from the airport. Laoag airport is almost 30mins drive from the downtown area. The location of this hotel was really good there were many food establishments around the area very accessible to supermarket and laoag capitol. What I don’t really like about the room was it’s not sound proof you can hear those vehicles passing by the road enough to wake you up while your in the mid of sleeping! So Noisy! Hopefully they can maintain this hotel properly it’s no longer good as to compare to the pictures at their social media.

Conveniently Located at the center of Laoag Walking Distance to the ff sites: Cathedral, Museum, city Hall, Provincial office etc. Staff are friendly, and very accomodating. Breakfast is pre ser and scheduled. For bigger and newer room request for the annex side fronting Jollibee. And Yes, you read it right, jolibee is right across so anytime younhave that burger or chicken cravings, it is right infront of you

We got the new building and stayed for 2 nights. Room seems ok except they gave us the top floor. Imagine walking up to 4th floor every time. Have seen better hotel staff than this. Not attentive and seems not so interested in their work. Need some customer service training.

Walking distant to all the tourist destination like sinking bell tower, laoag cathedral, rizal park, musuem. Jolibee and Max's restaurant is just across the road. As for the room it serve it purpose clean and safe place to sleep. Wifi is Available but not important, since I didn't travel all the way to ilocos norte to check in at this hotel to just use wifi. The Staff were pleasant. Fast and trouble free check in.

Solo rooms are cheap, but you get what you pay for. No coffee pot, fridge, hand or floor towels. Road noise is pervasive and constant. Breakfast was cold and small portions with instant coffee. Service was very good and the staff is helpful except for kitchen staff. Do not recommend unless your are on a very tight budget.
