We're from the US and CANADA, we went in Laoag to spend some time with our family! Booking in this hotel is not a mistake! We were greeted by the owners upon arrival and even gave us an early check in! They also offered us their home made longganisa which was a treat! Highly recommend and will definitely go back again! It was a great experience in Casa Felipa. The owner of the place was so helpful in giving us tips for our adventure. She gave us also idea where to buy good bagnet and famous longganisa. The place was clean and the hotel price was so affordable though we booked it a day before. I’ll bring my family soon to Laoag and definitely will go back to Casa Felipa.

We arrived at this hotel and there was no staff on site. We entered and looked around and called out - still no one. My daughter called the number and the lady answered there was no booking for that day. Until she checked their records only to find that we were indeed booked for the night. The beds were ok, but the room was hot, it had a tiny bathroom, with no other source for water. The mirror in the bathroom was up so high one had to be tall to see their reflection.

We stayed here Jan 24 to 26 but arrived almost midnight of the 25th. The staff are very polite and they immediately attended to our concerns. The rooms are clean and new, despite the beds being a little shorter than usual, their pillows are nice and soft. The restroom is a little cramped but I am not going to complain for the price I paid! They also have a centralized heater that you can ask to be switched on if preferred. It's more than enough for our business trip, which was obviously spent more outside the hotel. They have a nicely set up place, available and gated parking space, wifi in the lobby which can reach the rooms depending on location of your room, and available breakfast for purchase. They are located a kilometer or so away from the very busy areas so it wasn't noisy at all. Unfortunately, there are a few little steps that may not be easily seen at night (I tripped on one during our midnight arrival). This can be easily corrected with a reflecrive tape to make sure no one else trips on it. I have to commend again the staff and owners who are so cordial and helpful.…
