Good points: 1. Location: 10 mins walk from the centre. 2. Staff: super friendly and helpful. 3. Room: very big and clean. 4. Breakfast is included. 5. There is a balcony for the room. 6. Cheap. Bad points: 1. No curtain for the shower area. 2. Lack of facilities, like hair dryer or kettle (but this is very common in the Philippines )

Spacious room and CR. Clean rooms with small kitchenette. But the extra bed is pull out bed only so it is floor level. Nice staff. Outside parking. Close. To the commercial district. Nice stay. They have a small snack bar. Good pancit canton and siopao.

Great place to stay while in ilocos norte. Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, accessible to all spots in laoag, price: booked thru booking. Com check their rates or ring the property. Recommended and i see myself staying here again

We chose this place since it had good reviews and there were not much choice around the area. So here is an overview of our stay. Pros: 1. Rooms were big and new 2. Clean bathroom 3. Friendly staff 4. Accessible and quite near to city centre 5. Reservation and check in was smooth Cons: 1. They wont change towels everyday. If you insist for it there will be an extra fee. 2. Breakfast was ordinary and very small in serving. It is usually half of the standard. 3. Aircon in the room that we stayed in was too small for the room size so it felt hot. Good thing they transferred us to another room after much insisting. 4. Staff maybe friendly but not considerate and flexible. We requested if we can have a 30 mins extension for our check out since we were not informed upon check in that the check out time was 11 am instead of the standard 12nn for most hotels. Our request was not granted. We are well aware that this is subject to the establishment's discretion but we would have much appreciated if they were a bit flexible on this matter for added plus on their customer service and there werent also much guest upon our observation. Instead, they offered us a php 100 fee if we wish to and php 200 for an hour extension. 5. Bed was not comfortable. We did not actually expect alot upon booking here as it was a transient place. The inn just opened earlier this year so their short comings were quite understandable but maybe the management can still consider improving on this. Will we stay here again? Maybe until such time that there will be a better option.…

We had a good rest and wonderful time here. Our family booked 5 rooms and they are all clean and spacious. Great staff! Very helpful and truly kind. No elevator but it's fine. They have staff willing to help you with your stuff.
