We enjoyed the stay at The Cincinattian, everything was just fine, even the parking attendant Julian was very helpful…we enjoyed the large tubs, the well equipped fitness room, helpful front desk, overall nice place!

Looks fancy on the outside. Artsy on the inside. Provided you choose to overnight in the lobby you should have a good time. The rooms were dirty. Housekeeping was nonexistent. When I asked at the front desk to have my room serviced the young man(more on this later) stated he was the only employee on-site and it would take a while for him to get away from the desk to bring towels and coffee supplies up himself. We even joked about calling around to the Netherland Hilton which is wonderfully over-staffed to borrow some Hilton employees. The sheets and Mattress Pad did not fit the mattress and while making the bed ourselves, we found that a stain on the mattress near the bedside table matched the over-spray stain on the sheets. This indicated to us that the sheets had not been changed since the last guest spilled their coffee. (From above) There did not seem to be a single employee over 23 years of age on the premises. Most of the time there was indeed ONLY a single employee on-site at all. This is not to fault the friendly, yet slightly under-qualified staff on hand. I'm sure that if the Hilton organization saw fit to actually hire a qualified manager for the site our experience may have been better. So, no real help on-site, dirty rooms, lack of housekeeping between guests. I expect this from a rent-by-the-half-hour roadside motel, not a Hilton "Curio" that charges this much.

I had a wonderful stay at The Cincinnatian this past week. Once i checked into my hotel room they had a great valet service in front to park my vehicle. A valet named Nick took care of my car the whole time and parked it a few times, he had a lovely personality and was very welcoming. The hotel itself was also very wonderful and they met all of my needs.

We traveled from Ann Arbor, Mi to attend the Cincinnati open. My husband is a diamond member and we were told our room assignment was ‘the last room in the hotel.’ We walked in to find it hot and stuffy but 2 box fans in the room. Didn’t think much about it until we turned on the a/c and left for dinner. A few hours later we found the room even hotter. After reporting it to front desk we were assigned another room. Had to pack up & relocate - someone had to have known the a/c wasn’t working…not happy and not impressed. The bar located in the hotel ‘closing ‘ for rehab.

This hotel is not up to Hilton standard. I am a diamond member and when I checked in there was no acknowledgment of that or my way benefits. Paid extra for connecting rooms only to find out that the connecting rooms are dead bolted and there is not an actual to open up the doors. The phones in the room had the wrong room numbers on them. The remote in one of the rooms had packing tape on the back of it. Both rooms were not clean and felt dirty. One of the rooms had green nail polish on the door. There is no restaurant on site for dinner even though on the phone it says “restaurant”. When we checked out we did what valet told us to do and scanned the QR Code was advised it would take 10 minutes, but 30 minutes later we were still waiting for the car. I get the hotel was busy, but they should have planned better or given a more realistic timeframe. Next time I’m in Cincinnati, I will definitely not stay here again since you pay for services that they do not deliver on and not to mention dirty rooms.

We checked in today, July 30, 2022, for a two night stay. Tonight, my wife got stuck in the toilet area of the bathroom due to a pocket door sticking. I called the front desk and explained the situation and was advised that someone from maintenance would be up in 15 minutes. After 20 minutes, I called the front desk again and the same clerk advised that they do not have anyone working in the maintenance department. When I asked why he didn’t call me he advised he did not write down the room number AND they are prohibited from calling guest rooms. He did say he could send up some fans. When I again explained that my wife was trapped in the room he offered to call an ambulance - not sure why. Finally, a manager said they would call a nearby hotel for assistance. A representative from the other hotel was able to unjam the lock and simply shook his head at the locking mechanism. I then walked down to the front office and the representative explained that he thought I said we were having an a/c issue. He then asked if there was anything else he could do. There are better options in Cincinnati.

We loved our trip to Cincinnati, and the accommodations at Cincinnatian Hotel played a big part in the experience. Check-in was efficient and seamless and the room decor was spacious and beautiful. It appears they are having some A/C issues, based on what other reviews have said, but the moment I mentioned a concern about the temperature in our room, Amar Baker, the General Manager, was on it. He switched out our room and had all our luggage transferred while we were at dinner. The staff went out of their way to make our stay a most enjoyable one. It is evident they have access to great leadership and training. A special shout out to Brian the Valet, the man was killing it to keep up with all the guests. He also offered great advice on area restaurants and attractions. We will defiantly choose The Cincinnatian the next time we're in Cincy.

Members of my group stayed in a room that had no Air conditioning. When they informed the staff they said they knew of this problem but still put them in the room anyway. This is unacceptable…. Fix your air conditioning or do not put people in those rooms!!!!!!!! Also lightbulbs were burnt out and not replaced

First let me say that the hotel is beautiful, both inside and out. Rooms are comfortable and nicely sized, furnishings were new and pretty. Staff was good and polite. The stay itself was pretty nice. Fitness room is very modern. The issues I had were regarding amenities : - WiFi kept going out after 15 minutes of use and would stay off for some time. I could not get work done. When I inquired no one seemed to know what was happening. - No hair dryer - I've never been to a hotel that had no form of hair dryer available. - No connected restaurant - for HH members that have My Way Benefits, don't choose the food credit. There is no restaurant connected to use it on. Only the coffee shop (with limited menu) and snack desk. This really devalues the property for elites. If these things are of no matter to you, then the property is nice. Centrally located and easy to get to from the Airport Express bus (1 block away) makes it a pleasant stay.
