Hotel was clean and the market bar and front desk had everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The beds were great and the room had everything needed and very roomy.
Hotel felt a bit dated and not well-maintained. Found areas to be lacking attention. Room was ok clean but not awesome. Gym was not maintained and missing things. Lounge area downstairs seemed to need some maintenance. Location was great, but I thought the hotel needed to take a hard look at maintenance and freshen things up.
The Hyatt was our choice for this occassion in Cincy as it is near the Arnoff Center and where we planned our dinner together. Valet Parking is available...we dropped off our luggage, walked to the Arnoff Center to see Hamilton. Returned to find our room was on the 21st floor with a Sunset View. A bottle of wine and related was left with a nice note from Hyatt. We had a buffet breakfast in the Red Tavern. It was a very pleasant stay.
My husband and I stayed for 2 nights, we were going to the city for a friends wedding. We got to the hotel at 12:30 am almost 1 am. Elevators had trash on it, like nobody cares about picking it out. Carpets look like they have not being Vaccum in years, ac in room is loud when coming on so it wakes you up 10 times while trying to sleep. We requested towels 2 times and they never delivered them. They don’t have steamers to borrow and also there is not self parking available. I used points to book this room, waste of points really!
I attended an event at the Duke Energy Cincinnati Convention Center, and this Hyatt hotel could not be any closer. Its proximity to the convention center allowed me to quickly get from my room to the events without having to deal with the hassles of downtown traffic and parking. The front desk, bar, and restaurant staff were, as expected, very attentive to my needs. The food at the bar was good and the breakfast buffet (not free) had a wide enough variety to satisfy most tastes. (Although, I wish they served real biscuits on which to slather the sausage gravy.) Overall, a pleasant stay with convenience as its top quality. Sleep quality was only Very Good because hotel pillows are never firm enough for me.
The hotel is beautiful but the staff is more so!! Each member addressed my needs and did it with a smile! The hotel is located within walking distance of many great restaurants and just across the street from the Duke Energy Convention Center.
Would recommend. Very nice rooms. Great location Best breakfast in town. Guest service in dining area, for the most part, is excellent. Did experience a blip with a nasty bartender, but, that is not the norm here. I will be back!
Stayed at the Hyatt while attending the Comic Expo at the Duke Energy Center. Perfect location. Plenty of nearby parking. Beautiful lobby and entrance area. Good food selections in the Market Place and good food in the restaurant especially breakfast. Would stay there again.
To me it seems like the hotel tries too hard to be fancy or worth the price. To me it was not. Oh so I get a cooler instead of a mini fridge. I could get all of the same accommodations at a cheaper hotel. I had to pay for parking too which I think I should not have to do. There have been broken items in the room and they patched them up poorly. You could see rust and water stains.
This property never disappoints! Stayed for Parents Weekend at Univ of Cincinnati and Oktoberfest on the waterfront, and couldn't have been happier with location, service and accommodations. Just minutes from campus and a few blocks from the Stadium/Waterfront area. Highly recommend.
