If I could give it a rating of zero I would. The grime in my room and the public areas looks like it has been accumulating for several years. People were yelling and swearing in the halls and parking lot. One of the staff cleaning up the parking lot appeared drunk.

This place is under renovation and provides no room service. Stay clear of this place it’s an absolute mess. To many problems to list them all. We never felt safe in this area either. Just a disappointment all together. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this is how bad the experience was.

This place is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in! And trust me I’ve been to Hicksville WV! When we arrived, front desk clerk in plain street clothes. Couldn’t tell if he was an employee or robbing the place! Very unwelcoming and unfriendly! Acted like I interrupted his game time. Lobby and halls smelled dirty! Elevator had no safety inspection. Made me a little nervous. Got to our room and it wasn’t cleaned IMO! Tile in the bathroom was stained, mirror was dirty and there was no facial tissue. Hope we didn’t need to blow our noses. Chair in the room was dirty and ripped. A/C unit had a broken vent that a small child could have hurt themselves on. I really have nothing nice to say about this place! I believe the place is being run by a family who lives in the hotel on the first floor. There is a plastic sheet on the back hall on the first floor blocking access to the pool.

I CANNOT SAY THIS ENOUGH . . . . DO NOT STAY HERE! ! This by far was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. It is rundown and very much out of date. It seems to be a transient hotel. I can not believe it is a Wyndham brand. This has tarnished my perception of Wyndham. I would never stay in another Wyndham hotel. First let me start off by sayin, the pictures on the Web site are very deceiving. We stayed here for the Cincinnati Music Fest 2022 an ALL the guest who I came across were very displeased. They as we did sat in the lobby for an hour calling around to other hotels. Unfortunately, everyone was sold out. We contemplated sleeping in our truck. Before entering the hotel, as we pulled up we said "WTH!!!" The outside is not well kept AT ALL. The bushes around the hotel are dried out. No inviting curb appeal. The canopy over the entrance of the hotel had cords hanging down from the ceiling along with huge holes. It seems as if it is ready to collapse. Then when you enter in the lobby there was a bucket with dripping water right at the check in desk. The furniture in the lobby was old, scratched up and needs cleaning. The elevators had panels missing from the ceiling and the rug was dirty. The WHOLE bathroom and room really needs a good cleaning and a paint job. The let out sofa clearly needs cleaning. There were rust or something splattered on some of the walls in the room. Breakfast is included but the serving dishes did not look presentable so we ate out. For the price we paid, and we know Cincinnati hotels jacked up their prices because of the Music Fest, but it was not worth it and again I caution you NEVER stay at this hotel. We live and we learn. Stick with what you know to be a great place to lay your head in your home away from home. If we could have gotten our money back and stayed somewhere else, we would have ran there.

The hotel is in disrepair and unclean. The drapes are falling down, the carpet is torn, the toilet is not bolted down. Our flight was cancelled and we were stuck overnight and the area was sold out due to other events, we landed here. I would have preferred to sleep in the terminal.

There were stains on the walls, stains on the floor, stains on the furniture, stains on the bedding. Cigarette burns in the bedding. Even the phone was dirty! And since when don’t we even get a clock on the bedside table? The lampshade looked like it had been thrown away and then retrieved and put back on the lamp. The plug in the bathroom did not have a cover over it. The lid on the toilet was cracked. The shower was dirty. The soap dish in the shower looked like it was about to fall off. The door into the room looked like a dog had been there and tried to scratch it’s way out. There was something on the wall that looked like a liquid of some kind had hit the wall and then dripped down. This was also on the headboard of one of the beds. I’m not going to tell you what the kids were saying it was. It was a good thing that we brought a large container of Clorox wipes so we could clean the room before we unpacked! There were no darkening drapes to pull and there was a light outside our window, so we basically felt like we were sleeping (or trying to sleep) with the lights on! The entire hotel seemed to be this way. There were stains on the carpet in the hallways. They had the washer/dryer taped off so it couldn’t be used. The outside awning over the entrance looked like it could collapse at any moment. The ceiling light in the hallways were broken. Here was a dirty rag that laid in the hallway, outside of the elevator the entire weekend. The floor of the elevator looked like it hadn’t been mopped in quite a while. And the elevator!!!! It shook and sounded like it was dragging once you past the 3rd floor going to the 4th floor. We felt like we were putting our lives in jeopardy whenever we got on it!

The hotel is filthy and looks to be the home to lots of drug activity and or sex trafficking. The pool in the gallery seemed to be non existent as the staff would not tell us where it was and changed the hours of operation whenever we asked about pool access.

We booked through our Wyndham Rewards and we were very disappointed in the in person version we got versus the online version. Everywhere is lacking in staff unfortunately. We ended up checking out a day early.

Photos should be an actual representation of the property. Not from when the hotel first opened! This is wrong on so many levels. It smelled in the hallways the elevators were nasty and construction was happening in the hotel, none of which was mentioned before booking.
