I really liked this hotel. I stayed with my husband for one night when we were in town for a friend's birthday. Everything was very new and fresh looking and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. There's a nice pool (although a bit small) and game room downstairs. The included breakfast was very good, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The area has a lot of bars and restaurants around. There are several closeby parking garages which are considerably cheaper than the valet parking offered by the hotel. We will definitely stay again when we come back to Cincinnati!
Stayed here one night with my two young children. The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. We enjoyed the pool and game room. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful! Breakfast good. Just really loved it!
Kesha worked the front desk was so sweet and unbelievably nice my sister and her family stayed at the hotel and made everyone feel at home. They had a beautiful room as well as a nice kitchen. 10/10 would recommend.
Sure the location fits our needs for our annual trips to Cincy. Sure this place is new(er). Sure we had ample space and liked the kitchen space (if you choose to use it). 2 MAJOR reasons I will NEVER stay at THIS property AGAIN: 1) We stayed from September 26th through October 1st. After checking in (NOT disclosed at reservation & pre- payment), we sadly received ONLY 1 day of housekeeping. We were told you only receive housekeeping every 3 days. Rubbish. 2) We stayed in Room 809. Corner room with 2 cameras out front. Why do you ask that I point that out? Here's the skinny, upon entry of the room there are 4 hooks to hang your backpacks, purses, jackets, etc. I choose to hang my travel backpack and upon departing my wireless over the ear Beats and case were STOLEN from my backpack. I immediately contacted front desk, then the manager-type, Jontee Williams (Operations Manager). I have given ample time for resolution with her AND sent an email to Marriott corporate. No call. No email. NOTHING. I have NEVER EVER had anything taken from my room in ANY establishment. Someone in Towneplace suites has ruined my vacation and Marriott could care less...Stay here at your own risk.…
I spent this past week at the Towneplace. It was a great week with kind and caring staff. I specific give kudos to the manager Jonee who worked hard to make sure the needs of our big group were met. The rooms were clean, spacious and large. The complimentary breakfast was adequate. The location downtown puts you in walking distance of venues such as the Duke Energy Center and other hotels and eateries. I would definitely stay here again. I would caution, one thing--the showers are slippery so be careful. Otherwise this is a perfect place to stay while in Cincy.
Staff was welcoming and helpful with directions. Housekeeping was quick to respond to an issue and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Management has done an excellent job hiring and training staff to represent Marriott and care for their guests.
Wow! What a great group of people! The employee we encountered at this hotel were not only helpful and friendly but obviously loved what they do. The hotel was clean and in a great location. We will definitely stay here again.
This hotel was awesome! Great location downtown near OTR, restaurants and bars! Very clean and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom, wonderful on site amenities!! Hotel was very modern and offered free breakfast. Salt water pool if that is your thing.
What a treat this hotel is. From the valet to the second we checked in, every person was kind, caring and helpful well beyond expectations. And the hotel is new and very nice, our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool, the healthy breakfast and super clean and welcoming common areas made our stay perfect.
Simply, the Marriott quality that we are used to. The hotel offers a room with all the amenities that you can ask for, very comfy and work and excellent view of the Cincinnati city. Hotel offers a really good breakfast and an very reasonable wifi that is enough for videoconferences and VOIP calls. Staff is friendly since the first minute of your staying. Really enjoyed staying, the only thing is that they didn’t added my Marriott Bonvoy points to my account :(, that’s the only reason why I’m not giving an 5/5.
