Had a blast with my family celebrating my 42nd birthday. From the rooms, staff in all departments. Rooftop Gullmero was fantastic. Can’t wait to book for next year. And behind the scenes Sean Tamon was wonderful
Bugs in my room and ants, could not sleep peaceful and really was bothered by this. I don’t have bugs at my home so why would I want to have vacation and experience this, room cost too much money to have bug problems
The view of the ocean was amazing. We were also in a prime location which included the beach (across the street), fine and local dining, local shops and mall (5-10 min walk), zoo (5-10 min walk), and golfing (5-10). I am a travel agent. I recently booked my clients to this hotel thinking that they would LOVE this resort as much as others did. Clearly this hotel has fallen off. I got a call last night that upon arrival, the receptionist was not friendly and placed them in a room above the bar overlooking the parking lot! They PAID for a nice ocean view. I called the front desk explained to the how this simply will not do and they need to a better room . The staff was nice to be but rude to my clients.
Overall experience was Excellent. The pool was our main concern. As there were kids constantly wrestling in the hot tub and jumping from the hot tub into the pool. The hot tub limit was 10 People however we could not enjoy the full experience as this rule was not being enforced so we removed our self from the hot tub. The pool water was always very very cold, to the point it was almost not enjoyable. All over the hotel( room, floors, elevators, pool etc...) was a strong odor of Marijuana. We did witness people parting in the hallway of our floor and found alcohol left in the hallway the next morning.
