Love the bang for your buck you get when staying here. Love all the free movies and PS3 games you can get. Quaint hotel and nice remodeled lobby. Just a block from the biggest mall in the state. The rooms were clean and I found it unusually delightful that their were 2 sinks

Pagoda isn't on a beach and doesn't have great views from rooms but you can't beat the location and value for your money here. If you need a car, parking is only $13 a day in either the small parking lot at the back of the hotel or the large garage across the street. Every one

We do pride ourselves on our long history (we're celebrating our 55th anniversary this year), unique location, and being an affordable alternative to other properties throughout Hawai'i. Aloha kimeonak, Thank you so very much for your thoughtful review! I am overjoyed that you had a wonderful birthday stay with us and that you found your stay and accommodations pleasant. The Pagoda does boast larger-than-the-average room size and we work hard to keep the rooms well appointed. We hope that you celebrate many more years full of happiness. (& hopefully some with us!) This is an older hotel which reminds us of Uncle Billy’s Hilo & Kona Hotel back home on the Big Island. From when we checked in, to changing our check-out date, Carlos has been AWESOME. He’s friendly, very helpful, and an all around hospitable person. Do not let the physical

Haven't been to the Pagoda in over 30 years, but it's still an old favorite. Yes, it's an older hotel, but the standard double beds room is spacious and comfortable. Although I was on the 7th floor, I didn't expect the noise level from Rycroft Street, and garbage trucks at

How much is the room for 3 days
My total came out to just under $700 and the guy at the front desk said "ok so your 3 night stay and $100 safety deposit and $20 parking pass comes out to $6?? Altogether" (I lost my receipt) So anyways i waited and kept checking my card to see if they returned my safety deposit after checking out but never got it back. After the 2nd day of waiting i called and was told that sometimes it takes a day or two and the longest will be at least a week. After the week passed i called them back and was told they had never charged me for the safety deposit or parking pass, so i asked "so how i able to stay there without paying the safety deposit ?" and the woman said the payment for the deposit did not go through from the card, so i said "oh but it managed to take the room total for 3 nights?" Even though carlos said "total all together" and i swiped my card only once. I wish i didnt lose me receipt but im never going back to this corrupt place again.

Is the WiFi reliable at this hotel? And where is the pool located?
The WiFi is reliable, but don't expect blazing speed. The pool is located downstairs next to the lobby.
