Well the good things are the hotel is close to the airport and the staff were excellent. Against this is the rooms and the hotel is tired. We also had no issue missing our early morning flight as the bed was rock hard and the air con unit sounded like a typhoon had hit the hotel. The hotel is good for early morning flights.
It was frightening to see at least 7-8 cockroaches moving in the room when we were back to the hotel. 到着時から少しカビ臭い部屋だなとは思いましたが、戻った際に大量のゴキブリを目にすることになるとは思いませんでした。 部屋は変えてもらえましたがスタッフの方はゴキブリが沢山いるとの訴えにも全く動じることなく、常にこのような状態のホテルなのかと思うと恐ろしいです。 変えてもらった後の部屋は清潔に見え何もありませんでしたが、もう宿泊しません。
In the month of August we booked 3 rooms and a conference room through our company. Almost all of the staff seemed to have an underlying disdain for us. The second time we came back with the same accommodations I warned my coworkers of the matter . They thought I was exaggerating. While using their business center the front desk started yelling and cussing at us. He said we can't print anything but boarding passes on their printer. Then I noticed a sign next to the computer that literally read "Please feel free to surf the internet or print documents as you wish."(verbatim). Nearly every interaction was extremely uncomfortable. I have zero clue why they hated us, but it was beyond obvious. The hotel is below average and their staff needed to make up for that. They failed miserably.…
Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The staff seems to be inconvenienced by the Guests being there. The guy at the front desk was screaming and cussing at someone using the computer from across the lobby plan on standing and waiting while employees laugh and joke while ignoring the Guests waiting for them. Don’t waist your money you’re better off at a motel 6 than this place.
This is the worst hotel i have been so far. First room that was given had cockroaches. When we went back to the front desk the lady said to us we are in waikiki sir there are cockroaches everywhere but that is false. She says all the room that she would send us had cockroaches in it. I still insisted on having another room. Second room: i didn't see bugs when i looked. But everything was really dirty. Under the beds there were popcorn, bottles and alot more. In bathroom there was mold everywhere and dirt everywhere. This is disgusting. Honestly i hope no one is going to reserve at this hotel in a near future
This is great if you have to leave early in the AM on a flight. Otherwise forget it. Make sure you have an odd numbered room away from the freeway. It was like having an open window. Really noisy. Bar/ lounge is simple food with good wine selection and is open until 10,pm. Room was clean
I was on a 15hr Layover from LAX to Syd. This hotel was very close to airport. Got in at about 9pm the last shuttle bus from the airport was 10pm. Great shuttle pick up . Driver helped with bags. I had the very last room down 2 long corridors but was ok. Room was nice , 2 queen beds for just me :) Clean room. The only thing was I couldn't make a cup of tea, was only a coffee machine but no biggee. Just missed the Bar closing to get a meal but there were vending machines that you could purchase food from (Phillycheese Steak ) etc to heat up in the microwave in the room. Was actually nice :). Staff were nice. Would recommend .
My husband, young daughter, and I stayed at this hotel on the last night of our spring break Hawaii trip. We had an early morning flight and needed a convenient and comfortable option near the airport. This hotel suited our needs very well, and I would stay here again on a future trip. We used the free airport shuttle to get to the hotel after flying in from the Big Island. We checked in, and customer service was efficient and outstanding. We had a king room with a sofa bed, and it gave us plenty of space. The convenience store and outdoor pool were great amenities to have, and we were a very short walking distance to several restaurants for dinner. The hotel provided a very useful area map, and we had Korean-style plates but could also choose from sushi, L&L BBQ, or sandwiches and pizza. I wish the airport shuttle operated earlier. Because our flight left at 7 am, we had to call a taxi for added expense. But aside from that, I don't have any complaints. The hotel was exactly what we needed and capped off a great vacation.…
We stayed at the Airport Honolulu Hotel our last night in Hawaii. There was a last minute change with our return flight home and we could not stay at the resort we had been staying at all week. We wanted to be close to the airport as we had an early flight. This hotel was clean, staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms had fridge and microwave. We could not ask for anything more. It delivered a clean safe accommodation as promised.
We stayed at this hotel the last night of our 2 week Hawaii trip. Upon check-in the staff asked us to show the “yes” clearance from the Hawaii arrival that we needed at the airport yet did not ask for our identification nor the proof of vaccination card that all other Hawaii hotels ask for. Uhanekui - no name tag but he wrote this name- then argued that he was following the policy and yet all other Hawaii hotels and restaurants are not - the “odd” request to find the emailed items took about 15min to find and made check-in to what is a very basic and no amenity hotel unacceptable.
