Comfortable, clean & pretty - this hotel provided a great location in Waikiki at a reasonable price. Centrally located, everything was just a short, scenic walk from our hotel. Having a kitchenette was a nice surprise, but we only used the refrigerator. Would stay again.
We had a amazing stay, highly recommended for family! The rooms are clean and sanitized very well! Staff on property are friendly and welcoming! The swimming pool and cabanas are absolutely amazing for all family and friends to enjoy a beautiful vacation!
This hotel is amazing. It’s super clean, Everyday you see the cleaning crew cleaning and disinfecting everything. The staff is great super friendly and welcoming. The entrance is so beautiful it has that Hawaiian touch. Rooms are pretty roomy comes with a full stack kitchen. Kid friendly. The view from my room was amazing. The pool is excellent. The health center is so fresh & clean. On certain days they offer complimentary wine tasting with a hula dancer. It’s really nice you get to unwind for a little bit before you start your afternoon activities. They also have a little cafe shop called fish hook the food is delicious you will never go wrong with anything that you order from there. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay there again. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel.…
The staff and facility are top notch. Right in the beginning edge of Waikiki, the beach is easily in walking distance, food is very easy to get to and a gas station is right next door for absolute convenience. Any issues I had were immediately addressed by the staff and resolved extremely quickly.
This trip of ours to Hawaii has been one of the most interesting. Everyone here were very pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality and smiles throughout our stay. We will definitely be back again. Keep up the great work.
Pleasantly surprised we were able to check in before 9 am. Restaurant could expand hours. Cheese/wine hour on mezzanine very nice!! Rolling luggage into/out of hotel very challenging! (Ramp pretty much hidden)
Really got lucky in finding this hotel. The room overlooked Kalakaua Ave which had plenty of curious people and pimped out cars to see. Convenient access to all types of restaurants on Kalakaua and Kuhio. There is an ABC store across the street. The room was updated with a queen and sofa sleeper. Lots of storage areas, big screen, play station (unlimited DVD and game checkouts), and what is almost a full kitchen, with blends, taster oven, and coffee maker. BBQ grills out the back! You can also get beach towels and beach chairs from the front desk. I would definitely stay there again!!
We enjoyed our stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was spacious and comfortable for our family. The service was responsive to resolve issues, but on check-in we found a blocked toilet and the sofa bed was not functional. The rooms are noisy, even with the double glaze doors and windows. It is well located - an easy walk to shops and beach.
We were upgraded to a 14th floor Ocean View Suite because they ran out of rooms. Wow, what a view! There are no buildings directly in front, just park and ocean. Beautiful mornings and evenings, Lanais are comfortable. Front desk and valet were great, very friendly and had great recommendations for dinner, shopping outside of Honolulu. Cons: Small pool and limited chairs or loungers. But your in Hawaii, ho to the beach instead. Also the room pillows were all flat and firm in our room. Just not our preference.
My party and I liked this hotel the staff is nice, room was clean and the restaurant downstairs has great food. The only thing is the walls are thin. Can hear when tables are being moved from other rooms especially above and to the side pipes running and people talking outside walking past room. But other than that had a good stay here.
