Compared to La Fonda where I stayed last time in Santa Fe, the Drury has better rooms but less character. The location of the Drury is fine, almost as good at the La Fonda. I've stayed in two Drury hotels in St Louis, where I assume the chain got started. In Santa Fe, as in St Louis, the customer experience...

After seeing terrific room photos, we booked this hotel for a relaxing, fun weekend in Santa Fe. We arrived late at night on a Friday. We were given a room that did not even remotely resemble the photographs we had seen. While it is true that photos carry a disclaimer saying some things may vary, this room lacked the sitting...

I want to apologize to you for your experience here at the Drury Plaza Hotel. This is not the typical experience as indicated by most of the trip advisor reviews we receive. We are an historic hotel and many of the rooms are different depending on where they are located in the building and working with the existing layout that...

I recently went to Santa Fe for a long weekend with family. We stayed at the Drury while there. The room was much nicer than I expected, with a gas fireplace as well as a jetted tub and shower. The fitness center, pool and hot tub were really good as well, and they had live music at the rooftop bar...

Santa Fe is filled with high-end hotels, and most of these feature neo-pueblo architecture. The Drury is a remodeled hospital, but what you give up in ambiance, you make up in terms of spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great location. The room rate includes breakfast as well as an evening happy hour that includes food. If you are cheap, you...

Great People nice rooms and generally first class. It is a shame they follow the path of so many other places and give third rate food at reception and breakfast. It would be so simple just to offer Less ( Less is more) but have it have local flavor. here this place houses a know restaurant yet instead of having...

Lovely visit with our children. We were upgraded to a 1bdrm suite when we checked in because it was empty. That was very nice, steps away from the pool and rooftop deck. The hotel is very close to the Plaza, arts, and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again! We had small issues with our bill on check out, but...

Lumpy foam pillows and no newspapers in site. Hot food served cold, chicken fingers soggy, pastries steal and no bacon in sight. Very good location close to everything. Friendly staff throughout everywhere we came in contact with all staff members.

We greatly appreciate this guests kind words and compliments on our staff and our wonderful location in downtown Santa Fe. We will also have our housekeeping department check the pillows in this guest room. All of our hotel rooms have at a minimum least two foam pillow and two feathers pillow on every bed to give guest choices of pillows....

Came into Santa Fe a day earlier than expected and got a room at La Posada across the street and then moved into th Drury the next day for 5 days. Over all not a terrible hotel (it use to be a hospital) and you can definitely tell. Check in was fine and the room was large and we requested...

We are very grateful for every one of our guest’s comments and feedback because that is how we can become better and more accommodating. We are working to resolve our issue with two separate liquor licenses. When the hotel first opened we needed a license to be able to serve our at our complimentary 5:30 Kickback and this is what...

Great central location and updated rooms! The top deck has a bar and as side deck a fire pit; both places are great for sunset views! The genuine friendliness and attentiveness of the staff is that of a 5 star hotel without the snobby attitude! The complementary breakfast, cocktail hour food and drinks are very convenient for conference attendees.

This hotel has a great location, a wonderful staff, and clean nice rooms. The staff was wonderful. They have a respectable free breakfast and get this, three free drinks at happy hour. The restaurant in the hotel, Eloisa, is exceptional. While this is not a luxury hotel, it is a wonderful place to stay for a great Santa Fe visit.
