    Nice stay, but pricey for what you get
    Room was expensive to start, and had to pay extra for internet and parking. Food was basic and very expensive. Coffee cups in room were filthy -- filled with dirt and what seemed to be animal fur. But the room was quiet and that was all I really was looking for.

    Dear Putney VT, Thank you for your feedback. While I am glad that your room was quiet, I apologize that you had an issue with the coffee cups in your room. We take this type of issue very seriously as this is certainly below our standards. Your experience has been shared with our entire housekeeping team as we do not want it to be repeated again. While there is a fee for parking at our hotel and other hotels in downtown Providence, we offer two options- Valet which is currently $32/overnight with in and out privileges and Self-Park at the attached Convention Center garage which is less expensive but offers no in and out privileges. Guests that sign up for our Select Guest program receive complimentary Wi-Fi. There is no fee to sign up and you can do so at check, in your guestroom or before you arrive at the hotel. During your second stay and beyond, you will receive complimentary morning beverages delivered to your door and host of other value added benefits. I apologize for the issues that you experienced during your stay and appreciate your bringing them to my attention. Thank you for choosing the Omni Providence Hotel.

    While I am glad that you thought that our hotel was beautiful, liked our location, enjoyed our connectivity to the Providence Place Mall and thought that our staff was friendly, I am deeply disturbed by the lack of rest that you and your 4 year old had while staying at the hotel.
