We were leaving a terrible experience at a previous hotel and found this little gem. Mark was a WONDERFUL host along with Diva, one of three wonderful onsite pooches that were also available for "dog love". Mark's hospitality was lovely - in the form of chocolate chip cookies fresh baked daily, and the room amenities - coffee, tea, lotion and soaps were marvelous.
In spite of being "off season" and fresh snow on the ground, the room was clean, warm and comfortable and the environment was enchanting.
The location was less than 5 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park, Fall River gate, and the 4 seasons provided a 15% discount at the Trailhead restaurant.
I will definitely be returning to this inn when I am in the area next.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in October 2022 for 3 nights whilst visiting RMNP. We arrived late and our key was left for us outside of the office - it wasn’t a problem at all.
The room was super clean and has everything you need - microwave, good sized small fridge, tea/coffee facilities etc. There are also Malin and Goetz toiletries (very nice touch) so if you’re travelling light you do not need to worry about bringing your own.
The hotel was around a 5 minute drive from the town and 10 minutes to the entrance of RMNP. The area is nice and quiet so there were no problems sleeping.
There is also use of a hot tub which was very welcomed after a day of hiking. Mark is very accommodating and friendly and I highly recommend staying here!
Also if you like cinnamon buns you need to try cinnamons bakery just down the road (walking distance)!

An excellent find, Mark was a great host and his recommendations for dinner and supply of plentiful cookies were much appreciated. The location of this accommodation is the best for RMNP with such easy and close access to the Fall River entrance (rather than the busier beaver meadows). Hot tub is a great way to relax after hiking during the day. Can’t recommend 4 seasons inn at Fall River highly enough

We stayed here for four nights during the New Year's break. It was a wonderful stay. The property is small and secluded, but it is near Estes Park and RMNP. The staff was really friendly and willing to assist even after hours. They even gave us their phone numbers in case we needed anything after hours. The room was spacious and had central heating, but there was also a gas fireplace that we enjoyed very much after a day of exploration.
The TV was there, so you could log into your favorite app to watch whatever you wanted. I do not remember if they had cable or not. There was a sizeable fridge in the room, which was great since we brought some food for hikes. The bathroom was okay, and it served its purpose, as well as the microwave and coffee maker. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and we will stay at this place again.

We had a great stay at the 4 Seasons inn. It is conveniently located a little bit outside of Estes Park in a tranquil area with nice Mountain View’s. We stayed on the upper floor of the building next to the main building and the room was kind of cabin style, with a fireplace, a super comfy king size bed, a kitchenette and a good sized bathroom. The room was clean, taste fully decorated and was equipped with everything that is eventually needed for an extended stay. The only thing that caught our attention was the outdated fridge/stove/sink combination which soon will need a replacement. We did not had a chance to interact with staff during our visit since we arrived late and left early, however it seems that they perfectly know, how to run the business keeping the whole site in good shape. The river passing by on the property is a nice addition and was relaxing as well. Overall we had a great experience at this property and hope to be back one day.

We had a disastrous booking situation at another resort in Estes Park. We looked for another availability in the area. Through Trip Advisor and their reviews we found 4 Seasons Inn on Fall River. After speaking with the friendly and accommodating owner, Jonathan, we booked the rest of our planned stay at this resort. Charming place, very cabin like on Fall River. We booked a queen suite with a real fireplace, firewood provided, and a private hot tub right outside our door, private to us. It had a small kitchen space with 2 burners, a small fridge and a microwave, all we needed. A grill was available in our area. The bath was recently upgraded and was very nice. The dressing/bath area was separated from the living space. We had a small dining area, a comfy couch, and a comfy queen bed. We had trees and space out our dining window. Jonathan was so nice to work with, and we were so thankful we found this place. It is near the Fall River entrance to the park and near downtown, a lovely location. It is nestled away from the highway. They had a camp fire area and a hot tub for the whole place also. Guests were actually burning a lovely bonfire Friday evening. It snowed, and was beautiful. We went into the park, ate at Bird and Jim restaurant ( highly recommend), cooked steaks on the grill one night, and ate at Twin Owls Steakhouse (lovely). We had breakfasts in our suite looking out on snow draped trees. It was all perfect, saved our get-away after the booking disaster.

What a perfect place to stay! I was drawn to the 4 Seasons Inn because of the river and mountain views -- which were indeed wonderful -- but we were equally pleased with the room itself. Everything from the super soft sheets and comfy bed to the nice big towels made it obvious that the people who run this place really care about providing a quality experience.
I also loved that they understand something crucial to a relaxing vacation - seating! There were lots of different chairs and a picnic table by the river (where we enjoyed our dinner one evening), a balcony with chairs (where we enjoyed our breakfast), comfortable chairs in the room, a lovely swing set on the property ... you get the idea.
I think it says something that, even with all the grandeur of Rocky Mountain National Park just a couple miles away, I kept trying to find ways to ensure that we had extra time to hang around our motel!

Warm welcome, great location by the river, cosy room. I definitely recommend this place in Estes Park. There were some elks and deers visiting us near the lodge, which made the place enchanting. The environment around is quiet and it is a very short drive to downtown (less than 5 min).

This little hotel is a gem. It sits under fragrant pines by a bubbling creek. It has a hot tub, lovely chairs by the water and even a little fireplace for a late-night bonfire. It is quiet. Rooms are cozy, but lovely and adequate. Each has a fireplace. The sliding glass door has a screen so you can keep it open. They do not serve breakfast, but they do have microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms. This is especially valuable during COVID-19. Also, no children are allowed, so it's very quiet. Lovely. Serene. A superb get-away. It is very close to the Fall River entrance at Rocky Mountain National Park, so you don't get choked by heavy traffic as you come and go from the park. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I am so glad I found this place. I highly recommend it.

The 4 Seasons In. On Fall River is a wonderful inn located in a stunning mountain location in Estes. We stayed there recently and had a delightful time.
We had two rooms so we were able to sample two types of accommodations. Both were excellent rooms with queen beds. The manager Mark had left us extra towels as requested and shampoo and conditioner were provided. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The sheets were incredibly soft and the lighting was great. The fireplace warmed the entire room, but the room was comfy without it as well. The hot water was nice and hot, not like some places. A coffee maker, coffee, and all the fixings were ready to start your morning. And the rooms were spotless. We didn’t try the hot tub because we didn’t have time but we will when we return.
The setting was stunning! It snowed a good bit during our stay but the walks were readily shoveled and the parking lot was plowed. We were welcomed one morning by a flock of wild turkeys and beautiful winter birds were in abundance. With the gorgeous Mountain views, you just can’t beat the location. You’re also just minutes away from the charming City of Estes Park with several great restaurants and shopping. If location is everything, then the 4 Seasons Inn on Fall River has everything.
The management is also terrific. Mark made our check-in after hours a piece of cake. He was helpful throughout our stay and so gracious. The office has snacks and mementos as well as superb service. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend the 4 Seasons Inn on Fall River!
