Property's Favorite Review
Another great little location located off the grid and away from all the busy noise and activity in town of Estes Park. Located about 6 miles east of town, this was a superb little inn, family run and located within easy reach of many of the activities of Rock Mountain National park. Very clean and comfortable room with all the basic necessities, located right off the main highway but very quiet. Had a great night's rest.

Warm and inviting, in room fireplace with one entire glass wall with a peaceful view. Owners go out of their way to welcome you and see that you have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Nice hot tub too. Just be cautious entering or leaving the driveway, it’s on a curve

A lovely location very friendly host and a gorgeous room. We were made to feel welcome and enjoyed our stay. The hummingbirds were amazing on the porch and the location was quiet and restful. Estes is about 6 miles down the road with plenty of restaurants and shops.

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. The owners are friendly and attentive when you check in. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It is stocked with water, coffee pods, snacks, a refrigerator and a microwave. The jacuzzi out back is amazing after a long day of hiking. The only reason I did not give a 5/5 is because the 3rd night we had some very inconsiderate guests who stayed above us. They arrived after 11 at night and literally stomped back and forth for nearly an hour. The next morning at 6, the same thing. It was impossible to ignore and was persistent. (Can’t picture where anyone would be going in a room of this size or why they felt in necessary to stomp with every step). If you have polite neighbors, this is an affordable and inviting place to stay.

Not sure I would recommend this place. For one it is up for sale. Fairly difficult to find and the driveway is not the best. Room itself was attractive and bed was comfortable. Shower had nice pressure. Breakfast was one to go and consisted of a nice warm burrito and yogurt. We had the lower level room that did not have any view so it was not comfortable to sit outside. Our main concern was that we felt the room was not all that clean.. Also feel I would rather be closer to town. Property seemed a little run down.

Comfortable room, soft bedding. Nice balcony with great views. Room was dated. Access and parking a challenge. Inn is six miles from Estes Park. Owner charges a cleaning fee. Cancellation policy of two weeks did not offer much flexibility.
No staff on premises, will greet you on arrival and give a quick tutorial of the space.

We had a lovely stay at the Kokopelli Inn. Our room (Whispering Pines) was large, clean, and had a comfortable bed. There was a mini fridge and microwave as well - which was a plus! Our host was super friendly, and, although a hot breakfast was not available due to Covid, we were provided with muffins and several little bites to keep our stomachs happy. The entrance can be difficult to find, unless you use GPS. We didn’t get lost but could easily see how others could have trouble. Wifi was spotty but available. There is some road noise due to HWY 36, but the view from the deck was still very pretty. Overall a very good stay!

The inn was cute and cozy. Very clean and has an outdoor hot tub. The owners were friendly, welcomed us upon arrival, and gave us a tour of the property. The beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the snacks provided by the owners.

We loved our stay in the Kachina Room! You get to be upstairs with no neighbors. The room is huge and there is a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The walk-in shower is large too. After check-in we headed straight for an evening in RMNP, and went back the next morning. The location of the inn made that very easy. If you're a light sleeper, remember your ear plugs just because you hear the cars passing on the highway during the night. Not a big deal though. Definitely recommend!

We are just in the season change so breakfast is served now at 8:00am. Perfect to get fed and still beat the crowds if you are going into the park for the day! If you want to go into the park earlier or sleep in Estes Park is a destination and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants that serve breakfast all day long. That way everyone is happy with options galore!
We also had a nice room but no deck. We did use the tub but no fire pit. There are a lot of trees on and near to the property, not the best for viewing the mountains but the location is not far from fantastic views of Estes and the surrounds.
