This is a nice, clean place to stay at and good for the value. The hotel staff is super friendly, though slightly understaffed as most places are with the pandemic. The bathroom is really nice, though be careful if you shed a lot when you take showers. The view is the truly spectacular part of this hotel though. It looks out across the mountains around Salt Lake City. It’s a wonderful view to wake up to.

A very dog friendly hotel. Although the was no grassy area on the property, there was a nice park around the block. This was just our airline destination on the way to Yellowstone but we had a chance to see the tabernacle and many historical sites. Ruth’s Chris restaurant is right next door and we experienced a wonderful dinner.

Had a good 11 day stay at this hotel while on a business trip. My king room faced the main entrance and had all the amenities I would have expected, including a mini-fridge. I relied heavily on the hotel’s Wifi during my stay, and it worked seamlessly. Overall though, my room and the hallways felt in need of a renovation as they were showing signs of wear and tear. With COVID protocols still ongoing, housekeeping was on demand and can be arranged by calling or texting the front desk. I was texted a couple of times during my stay to check in on how things were going. The staff overall was friendly and helpful. Right in the lobby, there is a convenient place to get coffee and breakfast items that was open everyday. The hotel is located in the downtown area within walking distance of many restaurants, City Creek Mall, and the convention center.

The hotel was immaculately clean and the service was great. Some amenities weren't available due to COVID, but that didn't really impact anything. The bed, bathroom, and sitting area were all comfortable and perfect place to relax or take a work related call.

We stayed here for a night and the ONLY good thing about it was clean sheets on a comfortable bed. After I microban'ed and lysol wiped the entire room, I came across this disgusting white splash in the bathroom. I already told my husband not to sit in the chair with a stain but the bathroom grossness was absolutely disgusting. If I wasn't struggling with a little vertigo and hadn't wiped down every other part of the room already, I would have demanded a new room. Also, the "upgraded" room we were given was right off the elevators so we heard "ding ding" every time the elevator doors opened. I couldn't leave there soon enough. Such a disappointment for a Hilton.
