Disliked · I give the staff a fair rating because although they were friendly and professional, you cannot reach the front desk from your phone in the room. I tried 10 times intermittently to reach them and no one ever answers the phone, and you get end up getting looped into a recording. We arrived on a late night flight and they were overbooked and our room was sold to someone else. We were tired and this was an inconvenience. They booked us in another hotel for the night and paid for it but it was a disruption of our schedule as we had to come back the next day to check in. The cooking utensils are basic microwavable type. They will give you a hot plate cooktop upon request, but you really can't use it without proper pots and pans. It would be nice to have a frying pan and a sauce pan if you get the cooktop. Otherwise it is a moot point even having one. We requested a cooktop upon check in that was never delivered to our room. Since we only ended up staying 2 nights and couldn't reach the front desk because no one ever answers the phone, we gave up. The breakfast is mediocre but with covid the hotel is doing the best they can with grab and go bags.
The room was okay, but we felt in could have been just a little bit cleaner. The sheets appeared rumpled and not smooth or crisp, like someone had sat on the bed. The shower had some substance on the wall that was easily washed away.
We had a loud neighbor and I tried to keep the heating/cooling fan on full-time to drown out the noise but was unable, so I did not sleep well until he/she eventually quieted down.
The gentleman at the front desk in the morning was nice and gave us four options for a to-go breakfast bag.

"The street to get out of the hotel parking lot is very busy. Have patience and pray for a red light."Read full review
