wow, wow, wow....where do I start.....if this isn't one of the WORST hostel experience I have ever had in all of my years of traveling....then I don't know what is. Where do I begin? Let's start with the fact that there is a SUPER annoying noise inside the dorm of the AC/Heater....that literally doesnt stop....it took me HOURS each night to fall asleep...People inside the room all were walking around with headphones. Thank god this is my last night tonight....as I cant wait to go home and catch some rest. Next....there is no door that closes to the bathroom...it's just a slide door, so you can literally hear poops dropping into the toilet....SO disgusting. Next- privacy? Forget about it....they charge you $50 a night and they cant even put some blinders on. So basically everyone is walking around you watching you sleep....and the worst part? EVERY time someone puts on a light, it just blinds you.....SO crazy not to have some curtains. Even $2/night hostels have this....how does BPoshtels not? Want more? I got you....these crazy people allow dogs into the dorms.....literallyyyy they allowed a dog into a dorm....who does this? Are they nuts? The dog would bark randomly and wake me up, or scare me behind me.....Who does that? Are you guys okay in the head? 2 days of pain here......Sure- maybe a service dog is allowed....but ONLY in privates....OBVIOUSLY....just like anywhere else in the world....is this your first day running a hostel? Oh...its not EVEN a hostel...its just 2 hostel rooms inside a giant hotel. Want more? I got you....they advertised to me that breakfast is included....was it? Nope.

Next....there was a crazy person inside our dorm who wouldnt stop talking to themselves, interrupting others, randomly doing things....we were all so weirded out....literally had to get security and the front desk to come up and take them away to a mental hospital....I begged them to just put this person in a private room, as this is NOT okay and SO unprofessional to keep someone like this inside a dorm....and WITH a dog too.....did security do anything? No....all he said was "yeah im about to clock out".....LOL....0 care or concern. And the front desk lady? Told us she is going to get the manager involved asap. Did she? Did anyone do anything? NOPE. Absolutely HORRIFIC experience. Towels had stains. Oh...and they even placed a CAMERA to be watching you 24/7 inside the room. Can you believe that?

ZERO stars, I dont even know how they can make up for this experience....I will be posting this experience on EVERY possible site I can find to make sure EVERYONE stays away. Save your money and dont let them rob you of $50 a night for this kind of service and experience. Ya'll should be ashamed. Im in the hospitality industry and stayed at 100's of hostels and hotels, and this was absolutely horrific on so many levels. You guys have work to do, starting NOW.
