My husband and I stayed in this hotel for one night. For the price of only $58 including taxes, it was a great deal. The room came equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and two queen beds. Some of the outlets were worn out. There was no bathtub stopper. The fan rattled too. The stairs carpeting in the main lobby was ratty and worn out. The beds were comfortable. Noise level is average. For breakfast, the options were limited with frozen hot pockets and granola bars. The hotel is located in the hotel strip near the airport, so it's location was ideal after our nightly arrival into Salt Lake City.

I would choose almost anywhere else. We had a dog so we paid the fee but the smell in our room was awful. When I asked the front desk if there were any other pet rooms available he told me they all smelled. Another worker standing nearby told me I couldn’t change rooms anyway because I’d already taken my dog into the room; even though we had only been there long enough to walk in, smell it and leave.
The TV didn’t work so I tried calling the desk but the phone didn’t work either. They did have someone come and fix it fairly quickly.
Airport shuttle driver made no effort to leave the drivers seat when we loaded up, even though it was dark, and I had a large suitcase, dog and my elderly mother in tow.
We will pay the extra for something else next time.

I want to make it clear I've stayed at this property before. It was vastly different than this trip. I will never stay here again, PERIOD. So for the positives, the room was good. I didn't really have any issues with it, I would have liked firmer pillows, and a better bed, but that's personal preference. TV, shower, cleanliness, AC, they all worked well. So now with that said why am I giving this a 1 rating? Everything else. Let's start with parking. This is a two floor hotel, there are barely any parking spots. I don't expect parking spots to equal the amount of hotel guests, but right now, the hotel is not full, and yet still no parking. I had to park on a curb that nobody would have thought you could park there. The front desk guy told me it was okay to park there, though again, it was no parking spot. I'm sure it was probably illegal. Next and most importantly why I gave this property such a low rating. I was made to feel like a criminal trying to get breakfast. I've been here a week, the first few days, the front desk lady knew me, so it was fine. Then today, the day before I checkout, a new lady worked, she questioned me about which room I'm in, my name, and random info, just to get a frozen breakfast sandwich. Are you freaking kidding me?! Then I tried to ask for a second, and was told that's all I could get, and again, made to feel guilty. The sandwiches aren't even a $1 each. You're going to treat me like a criminal over some stupid breakfast sandwiches. I've stayed at the Crystal Inn nearby, a month ago, and they had a REAL HOT BREAKFAST. They let the employees hand it out to me, and I could get as much as I want, without ever being questioned or told I could only have 2. They seemed happy to give me breakfast. The Quality Inn, the workers didn't seem happy, and certainly not happy in giving me some breakfast. A month ago, a different hotel could do breakfast, so why can't Quality Inn? Why are they still stuck with the breakfast room closed? I can deal with that, but asking for a second tiny breakfast sandwich, and being criticized for it? I stayed here a week. Spending $1 or $2 on me should be worth it. Instead, they now get a poor rating because of a $1. Great job, you lost me over $1, now you'll lose me forever, since I come in once a month if not more with work now open.

There really isn't much to say...everything is shut down for covid in this hotel, however, the hotel hasn't been cleaned since before covid. It is not a good deal for the price, just got somewhere else, it will be worth the $10 extra bucks you spend!

Receptionist did not explain that the shuttle service was an unmarked van. I was told to go to pick up 7A. Driver got upset when I didn't hear him yelling "Quality Inn" from another check in. Van driver honks the van horn at 6:15am to get guest's attention. Reception said "Yeah, he likes to do that". Very rude.
Lampshades were damaged & other items in room were out of place. Counter was not clean.
Receptionist slow, not engaged and very unfriendly. Staff was not wearing masks. Driver either.
Continental Breakfast was OK but there was no coffee.
Spend a bit more and stay elsewhere.

I flew in after 2 days of traveling, got my bag, and then called to get the airport shuttle. It’s currently not running because of Covid-19. So, I have to pay $35 r/t with Lyft, now. It clearly says on their website that they have a free airport shuttle. And, there aren’t any updates saying otherwise. Also, why didn’t they call me to let me know beforehand? I would have booked elsewhere. It’s not like their busy. It’s an airport hotel, so they know that the majority of their people will be using the shuttle. Lazy and dishonest people. Don’t give these a-holes your money.

There are health and safety issues at this hotel.on our recent stay we saw a mattress in what used to be the dining room, trash cans overflowing.
They advertise a free full breakfast
There is no breakfast. It srems to be a poorly managed property.
Do yourself a favor book somewhere else. You get what you pay for.

We stayed at this hotel prior to convention in town and were biteen by bugs of all kinds. Fly in the room that constantly hovered on us all night. Hotel is old and worn. Lack of mangement is evident the way staff behaves with guests. Overall, a dirty hotel with no amenities.

Stayed one night before leaving out of SLC. The room was ok, a worn spot in the rug, but the beds were comfortable snd the microwave and refrigerator worked. The pool was not cleaned and was green. I wish I would have known this because I picked the hotel so that my son could go swimming after a long drive. The breakfast area was under renovation and there was very little to choose from (a granola bar, a frozen hot pocket, an uncrustable or a frozen chimichanga).
One thing that bothered me was (although she seemed very nice) the front desk person had an obscenity (Fu**) tattooed very prominently on her right forearm. I would think that the hotel would have her cover this, since kids do stay there.
