This was the vacation my wife and I needed! The grounds are beautiful, the beach is nice, the Serenity pool is perfect, with great service. This was our first time in Hawaii and will not be our last because of the service we received. Everyone used our names, very attentive. The days we left the resort, we were greeted with water by the guys outside. Special shot out to Russ for giving my wife tips on where to run and being so kind. The area is not nearly as busy as the West side. That can be good and bad depending on what you want in your vacation. We enjoyed the area and ventured out a few days, Road to Hana was really cool. We drove the entire thing in reverse, which I would recommend. There are some high-end shops within walking distance, and the house cars will take you to several places-don't forget to tip your driver! Food was amazing. The buffet breakfast is fantastic. made-to-order omlettes, French toast, waffles, etc. Try every restaurant in the resort. Spago's for dinner was our favorite, but no complaints about Duo, Ferraros, either. Lineage in the shops had a great dinner as well. Back to the resort. If you want first class service and accommodations, this is it. We went to a nearby resort, and immediately could tell the difference in service. Concierge was perfect, housekeeping, everyone from TOP TO BOTTOM. You will not be disappointed. …
The Four Seasons, Wailea is a gorgeous and magical property. Our family of 8 just spent four nights here after spending three nights at the Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu. Our intention was to spend a fifth night at the resort but one of our three rooms had a crying baby next door. Unfortunately, the poor baby kept us up all night, every night, and woke us up early every morning. The hotel staff checked in on us daily via text, but was unable to change our room as there were no other rooms available with two beds. Pools and outdoor areas are truly spectacular, like many other guests, we had issues getting chairs at the adult pool. Lots of options with shade but we were told that the chairs with shade were $100 per pair (should have gotten them because my husband now has a terrible sun burn). Our kids and teens LOVE the kids club and game room and quickly made friends with other guests staying at the resort. Gym is beautiful and we didn’t use it but hope to on our next trip. The guys played golf and loved the experience. We took a surf lessons but it was not a good experience as the beach area was crowded and the waves were not great (even for beginners) so don’t expect to be able to surf in this area during the summer. Little things could have gone a long way at The Four Seasons, Wailea. We were not greeted as we arrived to the hotel. We weren’t given the traditional welcome (with Hawaiian Leis, etc). Amanda at the front desk was sweet but we felt a bit on edge after checking in, as she just pointed us in the direction of the elevators. We had to turn back and ask for a map and for some more information about the hotel (as it was our first time here). The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and bright with nice balconies. We definitely would have appreciated stocked minibars (instead of having to run out and buy snacks and drinks for everyone to have on hand). Rooms were missing cloth shoe bags and laundry bags (we were sent plastic ones). The hotel is LARGE and our three rooms were in different parts of the hotel. Expect to do a lot of walking and ask for rooms near the south tower (it’ll save you lots of time). Our meals at the restaurants at the resort were good and breakfast was great although Spago absolutely missed the mark on many things at our dinner there (albeit the server at Spago was phenomenal and truly tried to help). All in all, the property is really amazing and we look forward to returning soon.…
My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Maui for 5 nights. The hotel and views are gorgeous. Service throughout the resort was fantastic. Dinner at Spago's was expensive and worth every penny. So good we ate their 2 nights in a row and were attended to by our favorite waiter David. We used to stay at the Ritz Carlton, but not anymore. I highly highly recommend the Four Seasons Resort Maui. We are already planning our return trip in a few months.
Absolutely spoiled by this resort! We went to another 5* hotel next door after our stay here and could automatically tell the difference. FS staff put leis on us right as we exited the car, took us to the check in, introduced us to staff there and we were checked in promptly. The other place didn’t even acknowledge us as only people in line for a few minutes and put our leis on the counter for us to take. It was the attentive staff, luxurious accommodations, and attention to details that set FS apart.
This is a hard review for me to write. My kids have grown up next-door at the Grand Wailea. We have stayed there multiple times a year since 2008. My wife and I make an annual trip together every year in early November and another with the kids at spring break. Due to the renovations next-door at the grand Wailea and a large convention we’re unable to stay there on this trip because the hotel was fully booked. We love having dinner at the four seasons and decided to give it a shot. I was absolutely blown away. From the moment I drove up to the resort Every aspect of our trip was amazing. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home. The accommodations are first class. The on site property app allows you to reach out and have any questions answered right away. There isn’t a bad seat in the house at any pool and we had no problem at all finding a premier spot to sit and enjoyed the exceptional pool side service. We thoroughly loved the serenity pool. The staff at the lobby bar were also incredible. We ended up having dinner at the bar three evenings. I believe we found our new happy place. I highly recommend the experience.…
Great service from the minute you arrive until you depart. The property is absolutely breathtaking and caters for all your needs and more. The hotel offers so many amenities and makes each guest feel like a VIP. Truely our best holiday experience ever!
Wonderful stay at Four Seasons. Likely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. From the room, amazing pool, gym, game room, friendly and warm staff. Everyone went the extra mile to ensure we had what we needed. Restaurants in the hotel were amazing. Staff remembered our names. Very impressed.
Stayed at this hotel as part of a work function, totally amazing, the service, the location, the staff not sure what else I can say other than best place I have stayed at and highly recommended. Will visit again.
Fabulous staff. Ben and James in Guest Services were extremely welcoming. So was John at the Bell stand. We travel a bit, including Ritz and Aman, but this was by far the best housekeeping we‘ve ever experienced. Mahalo.
We had an absolutely fantastic time at Four Seasons Maui, celebrating our anniversary. The staffs were all very friendly, and we got taken care of very well everywhere - the infinity pool, the beach, and the restaurants. We want to provide special thanks to our waitress Kate at Ferarro's. She was lovely and helped us choose our dishes and let us taste all sorts of wine and gave us complementary dessert to celebrate our anniversary. She went above and beyond to make us feel very special and shared her stories about being in Maui and how the island has this positive energy that changed her life and keep her going. We will definitely come back here soon!
