A nice resort hotel for with many facilities and acitivities. We booked a standard room and the roof terrace as we were 5 adults and a toddler. Room facilities were upto 5 star hotel rating with everything you need in room from hair dryer to ironing board. We went during a pandemic weekend lock-in so the saturday was a full hotel, but the staff, hotel, restaurants were very clean and kept social distancing well. The restaurant tables nicely spaced apart, with no one allowed in restaurant area without a mask. The food was served all behind glass panels and very hygenic, fresh and not over doing the wide spread. Options were fresh everyday. I didnt like the included free tea time 4-5pm. Was too busy and uncessary to serve the simple food, plus a lot of guest would just leave their leftovers and plates lying around the lonby bar area which looked messy. But thankfully the hotel staff worked very well cleaning everything up fast. Rooms were comfortable however could hear loud noises from outside from time to time. The resort right on the bottom of a nature park area so great walking paths. We went when it was 1,5ms of snow so it was very nice. The long 2.4km walk path in the snow is for the adventurous types. But cool. There are hot pools and a spa centre but didnt try it out as was too busy. Peacocks and other birds and farm animals in the hotel garden were cool. A nice stay, but choose your time wisely as does get very busy on holiday times and certain weekends. …
It’s our second time here,we loved it as much as in our first time.As we went there through the COVID times and we saw there they took all the precautions as it’s required. We and the kids loved the food, indoor and outdoor playgrounds and walking around the hotel and fed the deers and swam in their beautiful and warm pools. It was so lovely. We will come back.
The hotel sits on a lovely property surrounded by a forest. We stayed for 3 nights over Christmas and enjoyed every moment. Check-in was smooth and the staff were all very friendly. Our suite was clean and comfortable. It had a jacuzzi tub in the room and a terrace. Both dinner and breakfast buffet were included during our stay. The hotel is very COVID aware and seating for all meals was always at the same table. The staff wore masks at all times, as did the guests except for when they were eating. The breakfast and dinner selections had a good variety of choices and were served by the staff. We also ordered room service which was delivered very quickly. We really enjoyed sitting in the lobby in front of the fireplace in the afternoons drinking mulled wine. Each morning we went to the spa and swam in the indoor and outdoor pool which was the highlight of our trip. The spa staff were very kind and welcoming. There’s a good 2 km hike through the woods where you get a chance to see some deer. It was a great few days and would have only been made better had the spa services been open. Will definitely recommend to our friends!…
A wonderful long-weekend break celebrating the end of lockdown. Easy drive from Ankara, good reception, excellent cleanliness and social distancing. The staff were super attentive, all facilities were open and constantly kept clean. The saunas are outstanding and the spa treatments reviving. The pools and sports areas were also in good condition. We enjoyed the outside walks, but didn’t appreciate the small pens for the pheasants and partridges. Overall a very good experience.
I am writing now while lying in bed after midnight and I cannot sleep because of this loud disturbing noise of some turbine or engine as if we are sleeping in a train. You pay 1000 TL/night and you are staying in 1 star hotel! Ok so from the beginning, I came once before to this hotel and i enjoyed my time because of the nature and the Spa facilities. So i came again not knowing that apparently its like a high season these days and the hotel is just a hot mess. First we arrived and there is no place to park your car and no vale to help you. So I had to park maybe a 5 mins walk in the middle of nowhere and we dragged our stuff to inside the hotel. You enter to find the reception area of the hotel as if its an international hall in an airport. So crowded and people are everywhere. You finally reach the receptionist who is understandably so stressed because of the huge masses and as a result no welcome no nothing they just hand you the checkin paper to fill while on the phone. The room we got is a “garden view” which basically a separate building from the hotel main building. This part of the hotel where our room is basically above the Spa, yet there is no direct access between the “garden view” rooms and the spa. So if you want to go to the spa you need to walk for 5 mins in the snow with your spa clothes! Finally you reach the spa, you get to the pool and its like one of those scenes from a comedy movie where a public pool is packed with parents and children screaming. You push your way to find a place to stand in the pool but ofcourse people are pumping into you right and left. The spa services are over used or under maintained, the steam room smells like a they were steaming vegetables and the ceiling was dripping water. The sauna and other room spa rooms that were working were ok but super crowded. You go for dinner, its an open buffet, but there is no free tables to sit! The waiters, like the receptionists, are very stressed and their unfriendly attitude is understandable given the hundreds of people in the hotel. Finally you sit and eat as if you are eating for free or somebody is doing you a favor. Surrounded by screaming kids unhappy staff and loads and loads of people. Then the last straw comes when we are going back to the room to sleep, the hall leading to the room is dark, most probably they forgot to change the lamps in this area and the ceiling was also dripping water. You reach the room and you realize that you can vividly hear your neighbors and their kids across the wall in addition to a loud consistent noise of some turbine most probably from the spa turbines room. I thought about calling reception but i know that it will be another frustration in the form of me calling to ask to change the room or stop this dreadful noise and them saying no available rooms and they cannot stop the noise. I tried covering my ears with the pillow but no hope it’s literally like sleeping on a train. What a huge disappointment that the hotel i was recommending as a peaceful and cosy place i will be strongly recommending against as a chaotic stressful and uncomfortable place. Side note: I don’t blame the hotel staff who are trying to do what they can, but i fully blame the management of this hotel by overbooking and having this cash-cow approach which destroyed the reputation of what was a nice relaxing spot.…
