Taking the least expensive 2 rooms over 7 days is a real test. This hotel is solid. Positives include: Best Housekeepers, Fastest Laundry Service, Fastest Room Service, Good Breakfast, Clean Room. Best Parking. Easy access to all directions around Lugo. Negatives: Guests seem to slam doors here alot and it sounds like gunshots ( use earplugs if this is an issue), Front facing rooms overlook a main road, bit in winter with the windows closed this was not an issue. A reminder this is not so much a tourist hotel but a busy business/transit hotel. Very busy restaurant cafeteria...staff there always smiling and cheerful. Alot to like at this hotel.

This is a popular business hotel about 10 mins drive from Lugo. It also works as a tourist hotel but lacks some finesse in places. The recently refurbished rooms are large and comfortable with air conditioning and nice countryside views from the back. In the room we stayed in there was a distinct lack of furniture such as any drawers to store clothes, a table under the tv. In the bathroom the shower was big with good water pressure but some of the tiles urgently needed rerouting. Some additional towel rails and additional towels would have been nice. When we stayed the main restaurant was closed for both days so we ate in the bar. This can get very busy and once you try the food you will see why. On both occasions we ate really well with freshly cooked seafood and steaks. Service is brusque but efficient. if you don't speak Spanish make sure you ask specifically for the English menu which explains everything. The Fillet Tornedos are amazing - in fact all the meat is good, Torre de Nunez has its own meat production label and there's a shop in the bar where you can buy some of its products. The breakfast is very good, hot bacon and eggs or a good selection of tasty cold meats, fruit etc. All in all a nice hotel and good value.

The service is good, nice and clean rooms, delicious food. BUT not for tourists who want to enjoy the charm of Lugo as this hotel is located on the motorway and it's quite anonymous. To conclude: it depends what you are looking for!

Very cozy and very comfortable hotel. Easy access from the motorway. Modern, clean and very friendly staff in attending to our requests. Breakfast is very nice with a good selection without gluten. The Hotel's restaurant offers a good choice of food. You can buy Fabica's products, from high quality sausages to hams

I really liked this hotel. It is a few km outside Lugo, and there is free car parking. The hotel is modern, clean and fresh, especially inside. The room was delightful, my only small negative is that the shower design means that a bit of water slashes outside - nothing a big towel can't handle. It has a bar, and a restaurant which serves up pretty decent meals. Breafsats was sumptuous. This is a good stopping off place to reach "Las Medulas" or the Templar castle in Ponferrada. Excellent stay and great value for money

We spent two nights here as part of a guided Camino de Santiago pilgrimage. We arrived day one after a long drive from Madrid and were treated to a very fancy dinner. We had Galician octopus (first every trying it) as part of the appetizers and there was a fish and mystery beef main courses to choose from. I chose the beef which later turned out to be beef cheek meat. It was prepared very well and was very tender with a dark brown sauce. Unfortunately I just didn't like the sauce so I ate sparingly. Happily there was plenty of vegetable and bread to complete the meal and wonderful desserts! The rooms were very clean and ours was quiet and overlooked some quiet farm fields. Since everything was included in our tour package, I can't comment on the room or meal costs. Breakfast had everything we wanted. We are not very demanding, so the outside appearance of the hotel did not bother us; the inside was great - a place to rest and be refreshed.

The hotel rooms are very large, and modern, but maybe because of this lack any personality. The bathroom was very modern as well, but the water faucet kept making scary noises, which made us jump, There was ample room for all of our stuff. We did not eat breakfast here, so we cannot comment. The problem was the smell. From the moment we entered, we smelled a weird and not pleasant odour. It was everywhere, and we hoped that we wouldn't smell it in the room, but unfortunately, it was there as well! I must say that this turned us off to this hotel. The staff did not understand English, which made things a bit hard, but were extremely nice. If we would ever return to Lugo, we would hope to find another hotel

Nice, clean hotel on the outskirts of Lugo. The facade lacks appeal however the inside was fully renovated a couple of years ago so has all the modern conveniences you'd expect. A decent selection of food for the buffet breakfast. And all of this for under 50 EUR. Bargain!

This hotel was a nice surprise as it has not so ok outside however as you walk in it is a modern and looks like new hotel. Room clean and modern. The down side is that there is not a good sound isolation what woke me up a few times during the night. Good price. Free food wifi.
