Nestled in St Paul's Bay, the Seaview Hotel captivates guests with its spacious and immaculate rooms that offer picturesque sea vistas. However, the serenity is occasionally marred by loud music from a neighboring bar and nearby construction. Despite the disturbances, the hotel is lauded for its cleanliness and central location, with easy access to attractions and dining. The staff's exceptional service garners high praise, but opinions on value and amenities like the rooftop pool and drink prices are mixed among visitors.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with bars, restaurants and shops close by. It is a modern hotel with ample elevators there are 4 of them. The restaurant where breakfast is served is light, bright sorry with beautiful views across St Paul's Bay. Breakfast has a large varied offering of hot and cold foods, plus fresh made omelettes. Something for everyone with very good friendly staff clearing away and replenishing quickly; mention must be made of Brandon who was extremely helpful but all the restraint staff were very good.
The roof too infinite pool has wonderful panoramic views and there is a heated indoor pool for colder days. I used the spa and had a professional relaxing service.
The rooms are particularly large with balconys, either with a full of partial seaview. Unfortunately, for a lot of the rooms it is not possible to enjoy a relaxing sit out on the balcony of an afternoon or evening due to the booming bass music coming from the beach bar Njne Lives along the promenade, it can be heard thumping in the rooms even with the thick double glazing until it stops around 11:30pm. There are three hotels overlooking this bar so I suspect they will all suffer from the same issue.
The rooms themselves are comfortable with plenty of storage, large comfortable beds and pillows of choice supplied on request. Yes and coffee provided a kettle and a fridge in the room. Limited but basic toiletries are also provided.
Without doubt the staff make this hotel even better, all of them friendly and welcoming, courteous and professional. The cleanliness is excellent and housekeeping are to be commended.
Such a shame the beach bar noise is such a negative on what is a superb hotel, but this unfortunately is out of their control.

We have mixed feelings about the Seaview. Overall the hotel is very nice, immaculately clean, well looked after and we enjoyed our stay here. We were on B&B. The breakfasts were very good, plenty to choose from and tasted good.
Our seaview room was a good size with a large balcony, small table with 2 chairs and a retractable drying rack outside. Inside, the bed, although quite hard was huge! Large shower as well with very good water pressure and complimentary soap handwash and shower gel. Unfortunately the door did not close properly so we had to dry for floor after every shower. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room with a separate coffee machine and a complimentary bottle of water. There is also an ironing board and iron along with a large flatscreen tv. The tv channels weren’t great, mainly news channels and one movie channel. The rooftop swimming pool is the absolute wow factor of this hotel and there are stunning views. It was too cold for us to swim on our visit in February but I would imagine in the summer it will be rammed. There is also a small heated indoor pool which was lovely. Location wise, the bus terminal is a 5 minute walk where you can get buses to Valletta and beyond. Traffic and parking can be problematic on Malta so the bus is a great mode of transport and a very good way of seeing the island.
We didn’t eat lunch or dinner in the hotel restaurant so can’t comment but we did eat in Chatterbox which is next door and attached to the hotel. Food here was excellent and very reasonably priced.
Every member of staff we came across was hard working, friendly and always happy to help.
Now onto my negative points…this hotel is in a noisy location! Unfortunately for the hotel and guests there is a lot of building work going on in quite close proximity to the hotel. Building works start at 7am 6 days a week. They have Sunday off! Coupled with the fact this hotel is on a busy main road if you like a lie in on holiday this might not be the best place. Once the building works are completed it will be better but for me it was a bit too much.

Seaview Hotel is a lovely hotel with great facilities and excellent sea views, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and extremely clean designed in a modern style and have a great bathroom, other room facilities include a fridge, an iron and an ironing board, kettle with tea, coffee, milk cups and glasses. There is lots of space to store your clothes and plenty hangers, the beds are huge with fresh clean white bedding changed every day as are the towels and bath mats, each room has a table and chairs inside and a balcony with a table and chairs outside and we has a direct see view which is fantastic we were on a high floor so we had amazing views. The hotel has a beautiful large Infiniti pool on the roof with a sunbathing deck as well as an indoor jacuzzi pool and gym in the basement. There is a very comfortable indoor bar and lounge. All the staff are incredibly polite and friendly and could not do enough for us during our stay. The breakfast was lovely everything you could want presented well and tasty. The hotel’s location is near lots of pubs, cafes and restaurants and proved to be a great location for travelling to the many beautiful places Malta has to offer - all in a lovely five star experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We booked a full sea view room with balcony but we were unable to enjoy the view or sit out on the balcony. We experienced horrendous noise from the hydraulic drilling from the construction site opposite together with the raucous noise from the 9 Lives bar just across the road which together with the noise from being on a busy road totally ruined our holiday.
The bed was hard and the pillows were lumpy.
The breakfast food was OK except for not having skimmed or semi-skimmed milk.
The hotel emphasis on the evening meal was rice, pasta and Asian food, none of which I eat. There was poor choice with little variety and never once did I see chips or pizza. Cauliflower soup however was served 3 nights running!
Other than the Asian theme there were no other specific theme meals to give a little more choice and variety.
Many of the dishes were very slow to be replenished and occasionally used up if dining a bit later.
Accordingly my evening meal consisted mostly of the salads.
The hotel did advertise over 70 TV channels being available but we found only 1 UK channel, BBC News.
Our room was cleaned daily but usually not until after 3.00 p.m.

We have returned from a 10 day break, staying at the SEAVIEW Hotel on a B&B rate. We were in room 609, with a side seaview.

The rooms were spacious, plenty of storage space and immaculately cleaned. The rooms had ample international sockets, suitable for 3 pin UK plugs. The air con worked well and a fan also supplied in the room. The rooms were cleaned and mopped daily. It is a large bed, consisting of two large singles pushed together.

The breakfast choices were fantastic, plenty of choice to suit everyone’s palate. Hot and cold food, fresh fruit and yoghurt, cereals, selection of breads and seeds etc.

The rooftop infinity pool was cold but welcoming to cool down and enjoy the stunning view of St.Pauls Bay. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool.

The indoor pool was heated. This area was quite busy. The gym, sauna and spa area again was immaculately clean.

The staff are very friendly and made the time to acknowledge you. We found that they couldn’t do enough for us.

This was our first visit to Malta. The country and the Maltese people have definitely won us over and will be returning again.

Many thanks to the staff at the Seaview for your hospitality and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

Not hotel related, however, Less than a ten minute walk to the bus station with great links to all areas of the island. Would recommend this service, easy to use, and quite straightforward to plan your routes. Buses were clean, well maintained and air conditioned, but could get beyond full at certain times of the day. We purchased a weekly bus ticket for €25each giving us unlimited travel.

Good location, great staff . Clean rooms . This is a buffet style restaurant.. They do serve drinks at the tables (when they remember to ask) but you have to pay on your way out of the dinning room every time. Even though they take your room number??! Food was disappointing and not hot a lot of the time. The cooks obviously have too much garlic. It's in everything. Management we're constantly going round the dining room asking for peoples opinions and we were even asked to fill in a survey while having dinner one night. The breakfast was great, lots of choices but.... Some of the dishes served for dinner were strange combinations, I know it's a personal thing but they put out more salad and vegetables for breakfast than they do for dinner?? Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was cleaned every day and the general staff were friendly and helpful, the supervisors need to take a step back and let their staff get on with the brilliant job they are doing. I would recommend, staying bed and breakfast as the dinner gets repetitive and I struggled to find anything to have a few nights. There are loads of great local bars and restaurants to choose from within walking distance that cater for all tastes

A Stunning Hotel in a Beautiful Location
Had the pleasure of staying at the Seaview Hotel - St Paul’s Bay in May and was taken aback by how Professional. Welcoming and Friendly all staff where during our Stay.
The Hotel is immaculately presented and very well maintained.
The upstairs Infinity Pool Area is Beautiful with unbelievable views of St Paul’s Bay.
There is a Indoor Pool and Spa which was Stunning and was perfect.
The Restaurant we used for Breakfast only and the Selection was Very Good but as with most Hotels in Europe I feel that the Temperature of the Hot Food is always just Warm ( Personal Taste) and is the only Negative in this Area.
Housekeeping was Excellent in everyday and kept our Room Fresh and Clean.
Our Room was a Side Seaview (410) and was Perfect and Quiet with all Facilities you will need and the Bonus of a Room Safe at NO EXTRA COST.

My only Negative comments would be the following

1. Poor Quality Towels

2. Improve the Temperature of the Breakfast offering

Not Major complaints but reason why I have listed only 4*.

As usual Jet2 were faultless from Departure to Arrival and there Customer Service 2nd to None.

So overall a Wonderful Experience in Travel & Accommodation and Cannot recommend Jet2 and the Seaview Hotel highly enough.

We arrived early morning although room was not ready at first we did get the room within a good time probably 1/2 hour. Room big , lovely big balcony we had room 716 and wonderful sea view. Wine on arrival . We were bed and breakfast. Although the noise from Nine Lives bar across road started music about 4pm it really didn’t bother us. Can’t hear anything at night when doors closed. Towels could have been better quite small bath towels. Breakfast was good normal buffet breakfast which was good. Friendly staff. Eat in upper deck a couple of times reasonably priced and food generous and excellent value. Visited Vinnies excellent food too, (Italian)Tava Terrace (Turkish) both excellent food and good value. Rooftop pool did need a bit of a clean and had broken mozzac tiles which they are fixing but not enough shade really two covers each side and small canopies at the side. Probably a few umbrellas for use would be good. Sun beds are very close to each other so we used the beach opposite some days. Nine lives charge 30 euros day 2 x sunbeds and umbrella (some on a slope and did need new covers and umbrellas) all day but close to sea and they have waiter service on beach so suited us. Yam Yam little convenience store from hotel nearby for water etc.. we loved Malta and things are so close by bus station etc for using local transportation. We liked this hotel adults only and the staff are brilliant. Very accommodating. Yes there is noise but it’s a lovely vibrant place and you can just people watch from your balcony which we did as we had afternoon sun..sometimes too hot. I would recommend this hotel. Jet2 first time too were excellent ! Stayed here for 10 days.

Having just returned from the Seaview Hotel St Paul’s Bay, I was very disappointed with the Hotel, it doesn’t match up to the description on the Jet2 website, the website rate it at a 4star, but I would rate it as a 3 star, it lacks amenities, the roof top pool is so small, the beds are pushed together, so close to the next beds, the bar closes at 10pm not 11pm as it states, the bar next door had loud banging music blaring out from 4pm every afternoon, so we had to close the balcony door to deafen the noise,
The Hotel is lacking in atmosphere!! no entertainment , they have rented out the floor space to other restaurants, so have reduced the sq footage on the ground floor!!
The Restaurant staff & cleaning staff were very helpful & friendly, I can’t say the same for the reception staff, when I asked a male receptionist how far was the Harbour , his reply was ,I live the other side of the island, so I don’t know, that’s not good for the front desk staff!!
I will definitely not be returning to the Seaview again.

With an amazing view on the mediteranean see, the Seaview hotel is an adult only hotel that offers good services.
But the peaceful view is completely ruined by the very noisy street between the hotel and the beach, in addition to a beach bar which plays techno music all day and evening long at very high sound. So if you are looking for a quiet place, run away!
The rooftop swimming pool offers a delightful panoramic view but is very cold and is exposed to wind.
The rooftop bar offers international cocktails of an average quality.
Restaurant is ok, varied international buffet with Maltese specialties.
Breakfast is also presented as a varied buffet of good quality. Juices are however completely industrial and taste like medecine. You can however order fresh orange juice but it will cost you 5 euros... more expensive than in high-end bars in Malta...
Rooms are comfortable, clean and beds of good quality.
I was quite uncomfortable with the fact that you cannot put drinks on your room tab and every drink is to be paid at the moment you order them. I did not expect on holiday, half board, to need my wallet everytime I was at the bar or restaurant, even at breakfast.
The indoor pool is warm and of a good size. You can also enjoy a sauna and a hammam but they are under timer so most of the time they are off when you go and you need to wait 30 minutes to enjoy them, quite a pity when you want to chill after a long day visiting :-(
The independent spa inside the hotel offers very good massage for a price within the market prices.

I can't confirm as I visited in November. It appeared to be slightly heated but not many people braved it. The week I was there it wasn't really warm enough to use the outdoor pool, even sitting on the roof terrace on the sunloungers, I kept my t-shirt and shorts on.
