Absolutely terrible and disgusting experience. Do NOT stay here. Rude people, extremely dirty and musty, AC not working, broken doors, way over priced, water pouring from the ceiling in lobby by the gallons, actual boogers on the wall ... terrible

Tried to check in last week after getting off a flight and found myself in a line of people at check-in who were all getting turned away because they were out of rooms. 'We overbooked by 65 rooms, sorry'. This was despite someone from the hotel calling me *that* morning to confirm I was still coming. Other than a refund they didn't make any attempt to make it right - other similar situations I've been in when the hotel is at fault for overbooking they've rebooked me at a similar hotel, not just told me I was on my own to find lodging at 10pm on a Friday.

aweful place! The lobby smelled like pot. The room smelled musty. The paper drinking cup. The only one in the room was opened and not sealed in any plastic. the security camera in the parking lot was spun to face the wall instead of the parking area. one of the beds is broken so the head is lower than the foot. gross stains on box springs. gross stains on shower floor mat. walking in to the lobby it seems impressive but they obviously spend more money polishing the exterior than fixing up the place you sleep and spend time. look at the photo of the really crappy drywall patching. who pays someone to do such a awful job. Take some pride in your work and business for goodness sake.

Made a reservation about one month in advance of a trip to Omaha. Aksarben took the reservation, confirmed the reservation, even sent me an email reminder about my "upcoming stay." When I got to the hotel, the front desk claimed the computers were down and they couldn't check me in. After three trips back to the front desk, they told me they were overbooked and didn't have a room available. They said, and I quote, "we will cover any additional cost you incur for a room somewhere else." Needless to say, finding another room at 8pm was hard, so we ended up at a Quality Inn on I-80 for the first night, then the Embassy Suites la Vista for the other two nights. The difference in cost was +$312.15. When I called to get reimbursed, I couldn't even get through to a live person. Unless you want to risk sleeping in your car, don't even think of booking here. It's not worth saving a few dollars to have your family driving around Omaha late at night trying to find a place to sleep. BTW, the Embassy Suites la Vista was lovely; I highly recommend it.

Room Tip: this hotel overbooks and sends excess customers away after they have already arrived in Omaha

The room was warm. We were warned that the air conditioning had just been fixed. The pool was closed, which was never told to us to begin with. The room wasn’t cleaned very well. There was gum stuck in the carpet. Something unidentifiable on the couch. Stained sheets. Trash behind the nightstand. Fish net stockings at the end of the bed. Not even really under the bed as they were easily found. We slept on top of the sheets to get some sleep and get out. We were there less than 12 hours. The smoke alarm in the living room was beeping every 30 seconds and started in the middle of the night. When I complained at check out the guy at the desk just said that he’d have maintenance look at it. The lady the night before was swamped andr doing her best to get people taken care of which is why I didn’t complain to her.
