Detailed Reviews
We're local, and decided to stay at the Four Seasons for one night to celebrate mother's day. This was our first time staying at a hotel since Covid started over a year ago.
I've had issues before staying at luxury hotels because staff tend to act very snobbish and make you feel like you don't belong here despite the amount of money you spend to stay there.(I guess you have to look a certain way to get the right treatment) This was not the case at all here. Everyone was genuinely very nice. Check in was very friendly and quick and when we got to the room they had put in activity packs for our kids along with some kids bathrobes which they really liked.
Room itself was great, very clean and we enjoyed the bay view. It was very thoughtful for them to give us masks and hand sanitizers in the room to use as well. We definitely felt safe about Covid here.
Hotel itself is in the perfect. One block from the Market, and the stairs right outside the front door can take you straight to the waterfront.
Dinner at Goldfinch tavern was amazing too. This was also our first time dining out in over a year and that was a perfect first meal that we thoroughly enjoyed.
One of the nice things they did for us was they saw us walk in with flowers that we had bought from the market, and they immediately sent us someone to arrange the flowers in a vase for us.
Next time we do a staycation in Seattle I don't think we'll want to stay anywhere else.

Hotel general areas/sleeping room decor is very attractive and elegant in a contemporary manner. Staff is courteous, capable, eager to please. Food in the on-premise restaurant is very good (as is the service) but room service is even tastier! Fitness facility is clean as a whistle and equipped with up to date equipment. The overall atmosphere/vibe is refined and quietly calming, but not stuffy. This property has a smaller number of sleeping rooms than some other FS properties which enhances the sense of intimacy. All in all, a property most worthy of a five star rating.

The location is good, it’s close to tourist attractions, the price is slightly more expensive, and the service needs to pay more attention to details. Room could be a bit small, but the service is definitely excellente. Could be a bit noisy from time to time

Restaurant not very good, service was basic. Food bland and expensive. Restaurant staff not attentive but was charged a 20% gratuity fee. Did I mention, food was bland. Rooms were basic, very clean, soft beds, and smelled clean. The spa was clean, the deep tissue massage was a waste of money, I didn’t feel I got a full 50 minute massage. Massage was supposed to start at 6, they cam out at 6pm, talked about the things that we wanted to work on for about 5-6 minutes. My massage was finished about 6:47pm.

The attention to health and safety during COVID was impressive. Remotes, pens, things that are usually touched or handled frequently were cleaned and covered in plastic. It added an extra level of comfort and assurance.
We were always greeted by name with warmth and genuine friendliness by all. Everyone truly seems to care about the guest experience and it made our stay much more enjoyable.
The hotel is around the corner from Pike’s Market. It’s the perfect location and it’s near everything.
We were thoroughly spoiled and can’t imagine staying anywhere else while in Seattle.

We stayed during the Covid-19 pandemic. Not an ideal time to travel, but the Four Seasons went above and beyond to make the trip feel as special and normal as possible while practicing the strictest safety protocols. Temperatures were checked every time we returned to the hotel, everyone wore protective gear and guests were required to as well. Everything was spotlessly clean, and they aren't letting anyone in the lobby (food delivery people, etc) if they are not staying at the hotel. Valets wiped out the car every time they brought it up. There is not a breakfast restaurant open, but their location is an easy walk to many options. Their staff went above and beyond as usual and we felt beyond safe staying here.

My wife and I had a short stay here for two nights. We were in town to attend a show at The Showbox across the street and mostly chose the Four Seasons out of convenience. We are so glad that we did because we had the greatest experience. So much so, that I can't imagine we will ever stay anywhere else when we're in Seattle.
We arrived incredibly early (7:30am) due to the time of our flight and they tried their best to check us in as early as possible. We enjoyed breakfast at Goldfinch Tavern and eventually got into our room around 10:00 when the assistant manager Gun Kang arrived. He congratulated us on our anniversary and also treated us to a room upgrade. He took note of the watch I was wearing and we chatted a bit about watches while we were getting checked in. Once in our room, our bags were handled by Jesse who was also extremely friendly. Throughout our stay all the staff remembered my wife and I by name and it was such a warm feeling. On the second day, Gun had found me and told me that he brought one of his watches from home that he wanted to show me (it was beautiful, of course) he allowed me to try it on and "test drive" it for several hours while we walked around Pike's!
We ate at Goldfinch Tavern every day for breakfast and once for dinner and the food was fantastic every time. The staff was friendly and attentive. There was an added on service charge that got a bit confusing for us when it came time to tip.
We have frequented many Four Seasons locations before including all of the Hawai'i locations and Milan. While those resorts certainly have a "grandness" to them due to their scale, the staff here made the quality of this stay exemplary and probably the most memorable of them all.

Loved our stay at the Four Seasons. We live only 45 minutes away but if you're attending events in Seattle why drive back and forth when you can stay at a luxurious hotel right downtown. We walked to Pike Place Market and took a tour with a chef, attended multiple art auctions at the hotel and had fabulous meals in our rooms and in private dining rooms. We highly recommend staying at the Four Seasons if you're in Seattle.

I am not sure what makes Four Seasons so special and after this stay, I am still not sure. The location is good, but the view from the 10th floor was not different from other views from other hotels on Elliott Bay. The hotel itself is no different from a Westin or Sheraton, honestly. It's the same, but those other hotels are not as expensive.
The service was just OK. The front desk staff person asked after our dinner plans and we mentioned Cafe Campagna, to which she said she suffered a horrible allergic reaction there to escargot, and that we should be careful.
Prior to our stay at the hotel, I preordered 2 arrival kits, one with fruit and cheese, and another with microbrews and nuts, but they did not show up until later in the evening, well after we got back from dinner. I was disappointed they did not appear on our initial check in.
I ordered an in room breakfast for my husband and me the next morning and it never arrived. Turns out, they never received my mobile order, even though they had been promoting their mobile app throughout the hotel. Also, I had been using the Chat feature on the Four Seasons app on my phone just fine until that point. I was starving by that time, and I was quite displeased.
Also, their Wifi never worked for my husband and me while in the hotel. We had to use roaming/LTE/5G.
For $1000 a night, I was not clear what the Four Seasons difference was. Did I miss something?

A great hotel leaves you feeling special. The Four Seasons does that, and so much more. From the moment you show up, the doormen and valet are kind and welcoming. Check in was friendly and professional. The room has been updated and every luxury is at your finger tips. A phone call for a coffee or a newspaper is picked up on the first ring. The service is excellent. Room service arrived on time and was as promised. The food was as delicious and hot as if I were eating in a restaurant and a server brought it to the table the moment it was ready to be served. The fitness room is great. The pool and hot tub are fabulous and there is a spectacular 180 degree view from either or the pool deck. The restaurant and bar are first rate. All in all, this is a world class hotel. The hotel has a wonderful location and we enjoyed walking to dinner at Wild Ginger one night and walking to breakfast at Cafe Campagne one morning. You can walk to Mariner or Seahawk games. We loved our time at the Seattle Four Seasons and look forward to visiting again. A special thanks to the very kind Raphael Felder, the Hotel Manager who was especially thoughtful in welcoming us to Seattle. A wonderful stay. Highly recommend.
