We had a wonderful stay at the Maayo Hotel, starting with the concierge's friendly greeting on the ground floor and continuing to the front desk staff on the seventh floor, which is unusual. However, their reception will surprise you with their distinctive ambiance and with the Mabuhay gesture of every staff member, making you feel as though you are in a home.

I can honestly state that Maayo is truly distinct from the service they offer that really makes us feel special. Their rooms are fairly spacious and come with a free minibar, which is also exceptional.

You should also try their restaurant, called ANI, which is located on the roofdeck and has a view that makes you feel as though you are already full. My cousins had a memorable birthday there. Not to mention that the food they provide is really good.

I can recommend this location to those looking for a place to celebrate their special occasions because it is worth the money.

Kudos to the team, and best of luck as you continue to serve 👏👏👏

Stayed here for one night as a layover for a flight from Cebu airport the next morning. All I can say is this was a fab hotel and I’m only disappointed I couldn’t have stayed longer! The room was amazing, great amenities, 5 star room with everything you need, breakfast was also 5 stars with a huge bite selection from Asian to western foods freshly prepared, range of bakery pastries and cakes, hot chocolate, teas coffees and juices/drinks, fruits, literally just everything. There is even a roof top pool. I will most certainly come back to stay here as there is not a single thing I could fault. Great service and staff, all friendly and helpful!

The hotel has excellent facilities including hi-speed WiFi. The bed is very comfy and the pillows are definitely among the best I've used among the hotels I've stayed at. The temperature settings for the room are working and so are all the features of the toilet (they have a bidet) and shower.

The staff were very attentive and helpful. The food is really good and there are great options within the hotel for eating among the its restaurants whether you like a light meal, some drinks or perhaps want to indulge in a buffet. The hotel is located near the Marcelo Fernan Bridge meaning its very accessible from/to the airport. It is a bit far from the commercial areas though and the traffic can be bad in the area (but that's not the hotel's fault).

Extra towels were NOT FREE! The staff were all great & professional. But the only thing that surprised me & my wife was when we requested for just TWO extra towels & front desk told us P100 per extra towel. Me & my wife like traveling but never did we encounter a hotel that charges for extra towels, only Maayo hotel did. The manager "Llyod" told me he will waive the towel charges but that never happened. Oh, and the shower head in our room was spraying water in all directions on its sides. They should change their name to "Di Maayo".

Stayed here because it’s conveniently located beside Maayo Hospital.
Upon arriving the security guard and attendant welcomed and immediately assisted us in our luggages.
Went up to 7th floor for check in. Front desk was accomating and friendly.Staff were very quick and responsive to our request.Room smells fresh and clean. By the way they have a treat, everything inside the fridge is free from bottled water, canned juice to goodies. Though wifi is slow and food is just avarage.

Slightly further away from the main Cebu city should not deter you. Everything is a 15 min ride away. The staff were extremely sweet and courteous and ensured that you have a wonderful stay there. Their breakfast was delicious and one thing that i loved was that everything was accessible and you get to enjoy the local city flavour. The rooms were spacious. My vacation here was made sweeter with my stay at Maayo.

Location is a short drive from the airport but can take time to get to the city centre due to traffic volume. The hotel rooms are very clean and really nice to stay in. The staff are a credit to the company, so friendly and helpful. Very genuine and care about the people that stay there. I woould like to say that Janny and Tina were excellent and very helpful to us all. Raven and Joal were made us feel very at home.

Maayo Hotel Mandaue has a beautiful Lobby area, thanks to the security guard Jeffrey for letting us know and called us a taxi as we left the hotel. We met also the Corporate Chef Xander who was very accommodating to all of my inquiries regarding the hotel. We also enjoyed the pizza at Ani Restaurant at the roof top cozy place especially at night, thanks to the server/hostess Rovishia who attended to all our needs. Thank you all for your hospitality.

Last night in Cebu, Philippines and we wanted to stay somewhere affordable and nice. We ran across this hotel and we were so happy. It is a newer hotel, when I asked it had only been built for about a year.

We walked in and were greeted right away with cold, fresh (tasted like it) guava juice. We were quite pleased with the reservation desk. The woman helping us was very fluent in English; like almost all the Filipinos we have encountered in the Philippines and very hospitable and accommodating.

There is a brunch included with your reservation; not to mention everything in mini fridge in the room is absolutely complimentary. The decor is so chic and the rooms were so nice and spacious. They have 15 floors and the top is a great restaurant with a rooftop deck.

Definitely going to stay here again the next time I come to Cebu. Mabuhay!

My initial impression of the Maayo Hotel was that it was a typical city hotel with standard services for its guests. Little did I realize that when I had the opportunity to visit this place, I discovered that it offered more than just the “ordinary”. With its quiet environment and exquisite interior design, it was a hidden paradise in the center of the city.
The 7th-floor lobby is not only visually stunning, but it also provides a peaceful escape from the bustling city below. The sound of the waterfalls creates a soothing ambiance that instantly relaxes your mind and rejuvenates your spirit. I should also mention the top-notch service offered by the staff in their restaurants, which serves a wide variety of delicious dishes from both local and international cuisines. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast, a light lunch, or an elegant dinner, you can expect nothing but excellence from the dining experience at this hotel.
I was a bit surprised that I couldn't seem to find many articles about the hotel, knowing how beautiful the place is. But by prioritizing quality over publicity, they ensure that each guest discovers the hotel's charm and distinctiveness through their own personal experience. This approach adds an air of exclusivity and intrigue to the hotel's reputation, making it even more enticing for curious travelers seeking a unique getaway.
The hotel's commitment to creating personalized experiences for each guest is evident in every aspect of their service, from the warm welcome upon arrival to the thoughtful gestures throughout the stay. It is this attention to detail that sets them apart from other hotels and keeps guests coming back for more.
In the end, I was astounded to realize that I had stumbled upon a true paradise in the heart of the city. The hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided an unforgettable "Maayo" experience.

Yes and it’s a great buffet breakfast. Just look for the best deal - some booking sites it’s expensive, others it’s good value.
