First this hotel should be rated as at least 4 star.everything about this hotel is superb. Please may i say i am a British holiday maker so this is a honest review. As soon as you arrive you are made to feel special. Maxon the manager is always available, always making sure your every nead is catered for.All his staff are brilliant. Always smiling, always accommodating. Justin ths chef is brilliant as are his staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is freshly prepared, The food off the main menu is also freshly prepared. If there is a better restaurant in Kerela then ws didn't find it. If you want something that is not on the menu then Justin will do his best to accommodate you. The rooms are excellent ,the shower room in particular is lovely. The pool area is stunning and kept pristine. There is also a badminton court, a full size table tennis table annd other games in the games room. Maxon also arranged an overnight trip on a houseboat which is a must do in Kerela. Also a special mention for Titus the tuk tuk driver. He again was recommended by Maxon as very reliable and reasonable. He seamed to know everyone and was always punctual and nothing too much trouble. We would like to thank everyone for making our time at the hotel such a memorable one and would recommend anyone going to Kerela to stay at this hotel.

Really liked staying here. We booked it on the off chance, and our gamble paid off. Very new and modern intterior. Nice pool, restaurant area, and Maxon the manager was extremely accomodating. The beach is literally 100m from the property, although be mindful there aren't many shops nearby, so best to come with supplies as necessary. Hotel very clean and relaxing to hang around in. In fact the only thing I would suggest that management need to attend to is the number of sun loungers near the pool, there were only three, so if you're slow to finish breakfast, you'll be missing one! Asked Maxon to arrange a taxi to take us to Munnar (5-6 hours drive) he arranged it perfectly with a good price. No ripping off etc. Ask for Arun if you can, lovely driver, we chatted the whole way and he spoke english perfectly, and drove responsibly (rare there!). Would definitely stay back there if I was going to alleppey.
As you exit the property there are some beach bars/cafes on the left side if you're facing the ocean and also if you keep walking, you hit panorama beach I think it's called where there are some nice restaurants and lots of people relaxing in the evening. Don't get a taxi, it's a 10-15min walk.

Superb place away from all the hustle. very quiet ambience and peaceful. The location is perfect as you can go for a walk to the amazing beach which is just 2 mins away from the Villa. The Villa also had huge space for Games and activities and the best part was the POOL which was really well maintained and the pool area was also really well maintained and Photogenic!. The staff was very polite and helpful. Abin was literally going out of his way to help us out for what ever we needed. Breakfast was very good and healthy with fruits and juices. The manager Maxon was really helpful and treated us like family. He helped us with all our requirements and really had a great time staying there for our long weekend. He also suggested various addons like Boat Rides and Spa which were also nice. We Enjoyed a lot and will come back for sure!!

Now the place is nice and modern as it looks on the pictures but you can definitely get better for less money in that area. We paid top money for this hotel so you expect a little more! firstly was given a room that didn’t match the description of which I booked. This hotel states balcony but in fact there are no rooms with a balcony and most windows are internal. It also stated there were fridges in room and slippers ect ... none of which exist!! it’s not that I want to moan about these things but it’s annoying when your miss sold something. If it says it’s got it ..I want it .. because I’ve paid for it ! We did manage to move to a room with a window that actually opened because I’m a bit claustrophobic and apparently the ground floor rooms were prior booked (funny because I also prior booked) and had payed good Money for all the things stated on my booking. We had no hot water the whole 3 days we were there. don’t get wrong Maxon the manager had tried to accommodate us and did the best he could Untill he sold us a house boat trip that we got totally ripped off for. We thought by booking with hotel we would get the best (apparently luxury so he said and even showed us photos of our boat ) but that wasn’t the case AGAIN! I also felt harassed by him at the end of my stay when he was asking me to leave a good review. There is not much to do in this area and the pool is the highlight as the beach isn’t really a sunbathing beach, So it was strange that there were only 3 sun beds for the whole place . No chairs or anything. So if there’s more than 3 guests your on the floor ! All said and done the hotel was clean and the staff were lovely. Food was average at the restaurant, but we found a place down the street called catamaran that was good and served great smoothies This hotel probably needs more time to bed itself in and take care of the attention to detail.

We recently stayed at Haven Beach villas after a horrifying experience at a nearby hotel. It's in a great location, just 50 metres from the beach and very reasonably priced. From the moment we arrived the manager Maxon was the perfect host and had great communication skills. Anything we required he would arrange from transportation around the city to even arranging a surprise private meal for my girlfriends birthday. The rooms were very modern and clean with a choice of either deluxe or superior rooms. The pool area was also very tidy, clean and useful when trying to cool down in the hot weather. Fresh food every evening was made to how we asked for it which was one of the many issues at the previous hotel. For anybody planning to visit Allepey, I would highly recommend Haven Beach villas, the group of staff are like a small family and were always polite and helpful for me and my family during our time there.

Neat, modern, compact resort to have a very satisfied experience with family. Almost a new property and it has very refreshing feel. Super clean water in the swimming pool, kids and family were not willing to get out after 3 hrs pool time. It has a nice restaurant, play area for badminton, table tennis, carrom/chess. Beach is just 50-100 mtrs away and nice cafes nearby. The location is kind of residential area but calm and not crowded. The front road is not very wide but good enough to take a SUV or a mini van. Managers were very helpful and adjustable for valid and logical requests.

Stayed here for 2N/3D with cousins and family. The resort is a small property with a couple of beach villas and a few rooms next to the restaurant and pool. But they have a annexe nearby, which is a two story building with four bedrooms and a common living space on each floor. We booked all the four bedrooms on the groundfloor and so we got the living room for the family to hang out. The rooms are decent and the bathrooms are good. Each room has a/c, TV, electric kettles and cupboards. They provide pool towels in each room. We have to go to the adjacent main property to use the pool, restaurant and game area, but it is a very short walk. The pool is small and when we checked in it was not looking very neat. We talked to the manager and he immediately cleaned the pool and it was looking fine by evening when we used it. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Since we were a large group we had to order the lunch and dinner menu beforehand. The food was good. We had rice, fish curry, beef, fried rice, chilly chicken...everything was great. The beach is a 2 minute walk through public road. It is a public beach with lots of locals and families. But all the kids had a good time in the sea. There is no life guard or any such facilities.

Disliked · This hotel is not worth the price. Looks nice on pictures, but it was built cheaply and after a year you can already see how things are getting broken. The sheets are dirty and we found red ants in the bed, the WiFi doesn’t work at all - the only place you can catch it from is reception. The owner keeps repeating he exchanged the WiFi cable to optical fiber but this doesn’t change the connection quality one bit. Don’t believe the good comments, you can find way better places in Allepey for less money than this. Owner was nice until we paid the money, afterwards it was difficult for him to handle any complaints. We are aware of hotel standards in India but this is just a scam.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time staying here, the staff were beyond accommodating and their main strive was our happiness. The rooms are comfortable, cool and stylish and the entire villa is ran eco-friendly. I could not recommend this stay enough, they will go above and beyond to please and the whole environment is welcoming and pleasing. Fabulous pool and tennis/badminton courts and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The on-site restaurant provides amazing food and they even put in outstanding effort for my mother’s birthday evening. 10/10!!

After a great new year's experience at Kochi Fort we went further to Haven Beach Villa. We had looked for a nice place to calm down these three last days in Kerala before going back to work in Norway. Maxon the manager welcomed us at the entrance and everything about the place was as excellent as you can imagine. High standard showerrooms, quality beds, clean spacious swimmingpool and green lawns. Additionally, we played table tennis and badminton. Moreover, we enjoyed the great pleasure of Ayurveda massage at the premises. However, the most significant for creating three enjoyable days was the staff, excellent always helpful with warm hearts! Furthermore, the chef Justin made wonderful dishes and answered to all requests with a wonderful smile! Actually, Maxon noticed the very first day that my son's birthday was the very first day of 2020 and what a great celebration outside beneath a clear tropical sky with candle lights and the most delicious chocolate cake ever. The sea is nearby and we enjoyed a Yoga class with a Master Yoga teacher nearby at sunset on a rooftop with a spectacular view of the Indian Ocean. Lots of lights from all the small fishing boats a few km away from shore. Thanks a lot 👌🎂😊
