The resort is located strategically close to Cochin and Kumarakom making it convenient to access.
Cyrus hotels by Tolins- We stayed here in March 2020. This hotel is little away from the hustle and bustle area...It has an amazing scenic beauty. U can sit in the balcony and watch Vembanad lake for hours..All the staffs of the hotel are proactive and they ensure to give u the best service...The hotel also has its own house boats. We booked the single room premium house boat for day cruise(11am-5pm).The chef cooked delicious Kerala cuisine for us..Thank u Gokul(Manager) and all the staffs for making our stay a memorable one...

We stayed for two nights at this facility. Staff attitude and kindness was exceptional and they were trying to accommodate our needs in the best possible way. Unfortunately the property looks neglected with rooms in immediate need of refurbrishing and thorough cleaning

The property is well constructed, but not well maintained - which is why it doesn't look as good as the pictures. Plus, the overall feeling isn't like a luxury resort. We weren't tempted to spend any of our time at the resort. It overlooks the backwater, that's a big plus. We had breakfast there which was good. However, the manager couldn't help us much in figuring out what to do or where to go. Overall, average experience.

This is an example of a place badly in need of maintenance. We visited for 2 days after being recommended by a friend... but one could see how it was a good resort once apon a time.. now the walls are peeling with paint, rooms have a smell and everything was worn down. During our stay the water pipes got clogged down and there was no water. Wasted half the night, waiting for it to be fixed. There were insects such as cockroaches in the room. All together it was a night to forget. Only plus was the the breakfast, quite tasty Indian varieties. Overall a trip to forget, would stay away from this place if possible.

Pathetic experience I have faced when I stayed there. Even though it was a pre approved booking, the hotel did not have the milk and the food available in the kitchen. After reaching there, I was told that it will take around 1.5 hours to bring the food from some other place. They asked me to order very well in advance. Rooms are very small and conjusted. Resort is located around 20 kms from the city, which we had to travel extra. It neither comes on the way from Thekkaddy or on the way to Varkala. This resort is rated 4 star. Overall i would say that this hotel is over rated and not worthy at all.

Short vacation! First stop in Alleppey!!! Clean room, Delicious food. Lovely breakfast! Small place with not much activities. Good for one night relaxation. Efficient and cooperative staff. Thank you Cyrus!

Amazing location. Huge property. Neat and clean. Rooms were spacious.
Anytime access swimming pool. Huge parking space.
Just by the lake. Good morning sunrise view. On request, a staff also cleaned my car for my onward trip. High five to Rinu and all other staffs. Very courteous.

Good installations, very nice management, beautiful spot; our group has very much appreciated the time spent in the resort. Peaceful view, sunrise during our yoga session. The staff is also available and kind.
