My husband and were referred to this hotel by some friends, I must say we were not disappointed. Overall the hotel and rooms were very clean and well kept. Conveniently close to metro and restaurants. We were greeted by Edwin at the front desk, he was pleasantly friendly and kind. He went above and beyond to all of our requests.

Edwin at the reception desk was incredible. he always greeted us cheerfully he was vey helpful with guiding us with things to do in Brooklyn and with fabulous dining suggestions We stayed for four days and every time he saw us he always greeted us and always asked us how we were doing and what are our plans were which he helped us with places we had no idea of. the rooms were always maintained clean and fully stocked with amenities. many options to chose from for breakfast at their restaurant. Great hotel great.

I spent the night at this location on May 2 2022. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the aesthetics. In addition, Anthony at front the desk made my first time visit more pleasant he was very professional and accommodating. He is an asset to your organization.

One of the best experiences at a hotel I have ever had. Anthony at the desk went above and beyond to make sure my first time visiting NYC was great! I will stay here again solely because of Anthony and his service. Between helping with accommodations and offering suggestions on how to make my visit better, I could not have asked for a better person to help me.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly, helpful people at the front desk. Checking in and out was a breeze, you can easily find a bite nearby, and subways are close too. Hesh was awesome and accommodated my request for a late check out!

Great clean and quiet! Easy parking and Hesh and the staff were very helpful. We will stay again. There is plenty of things close by and close to the historic parks. The hotel has all the amenities you could want for your stay.

Filthy. I doubt the room had been cleaned. Hairs in the bathroom, in the shower. Stains on bedding and no batteries in the remote. Other family members stayed in another room and had the same / similar experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Wyndham, even though I just stayed for one night. Check-in was really quick, the room was neat and the staff were always very nice. Obed in the front desk had always the best attitude and help me when I needed.

My experience in this place was beyond what I thought, the facilities were divine, the rooms were very clean and in general the entire hotel was. The breakfast was incredible and the workers were all very friendly. However, the one who always went the extra mile was Obed, from the reception, who always helped me and guided me in everything during my stay in this magnificent place. This guy really knows what it is to give good customer service!
