Hotel smells strongly of marijuana. Dark lobby at night with people sleeping on lobby furniture. Suspicious people congregating near the hotel entrance at night. Did not feel safe or comfortable at this hotel and will not be back.
The Tillary Hotel is our new favorite. The price was great and the rooms were wonderful. We will be back and we will definitely bring friends! Hopefully the parking garage will be open next time. That was the only downfall but we did find free parking very near by.
I researched this hotel before booking and past visitor did say you can hear everything going on in the hotel and with my stay this was confirmed. The weed smell traveled into my room waking me up from my sleep, when I checked in my room I could hear my neighbors talking. I truly love the look of the hotel however I will never return.
We come into Brooklyn a couple of times a year to visit our son. He lives and works in Brooklyn so we find your hotel location very convenient. Clearly the pandemic has caused many people from not visiting the city which is disappointing. The number of businesses that have closed or changed how they operate is also quite frustrating. We could also tell that your hotel had to cut back of many of it's normal number of employees. We look forward to the pandemic lifting and much more of a normal routine returns to the city. Thanks.
This is not a hotel for families or couples or a quiet time away. There’s parties and loud noises all hours of the night and morning. Won’t be using this hotel anymore. No one cares if you complain about noise. They just brush you off or ignore the phones. Sad that in the hospitality industry stuff like this is occurring
