Our property is located in the Caton Park Area within the proximity of Prospect Park.A mid size Victorian house on a tree line street. Warm and cozy rooms very comfortable beds with soft pillows and clean sheets, blankets, comforters and duvet. Soft white towels and soft Robes. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and toiletries including shampoo and conditioners. Make up remover ect. We provide our guests with a continental plus Breakfast so that they can be well prepared for their exploration of New York and all the sites it has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at Phil and Fayes Bed & Breakfast in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The room was spacious, the bed perfect and the neighbourhood quiet and friendly. Faye and Phil are wonderful and hearful hosts, we can recommend it warmly.

Faye and Phil are fantastic friendly and kind hosts . Their home is beautiful and immaculate. Very comfortable bed and furniture with lovely decor. Breakfast is generous and delicious . A great home away from home. We will gladly return next time we visit our son in Brooklyn.

Phil and Faye own a beautiful Victorian style home with 6 gorgeously decorated and spacious guest rooms with more extras than you would find in any five star establishment, which are extremely comfortable and located by Prospect Park in a friendly, safe neighbourhood with tree lined streets. A pleasant 4 min walk to Church Street subway gives you easy, fast transport access to any destination to downtown New York and surrounding suburbs. Luxury that is made affordable and not to mention a very good price and very good value for money.
The experience you will have at this B&B goes beyond anything you would get at a hotel in Manhattan and at an extremely affordable rate. Breakfast is also included, not a continental, but a full breakfast including ceteal, eggs, bacon, fruit croissants, pancakes oh too much to mention. We have stayed with Phil and Faye several times; actually this is the third year in a row, this time for 5 nights and have never been disappointed. Very happy we found this gem in Brooklyn as it has always made our New York trip very exciting and memorable. This time we chose the Hibiscus room which has its own en-suite bathroom. the room is spacious, comfortable, had a king bed with enough space to add an extra bed for our daughter. Phil and Faye are warm, caring and make you feel right at home. This place is definitely a place to stay away from home and you are treated like a member of the family, nothing is to much to ask for. We arrived early in the morning, dropped off all our luggage as check in was at 1 pm, after greeting and hugs were offered breakfast and coffee while we had a chance to freshen up after a long flight from South Africa and then off to Manhattan. When we arrived back later that night our comfy room was ready and inviting with our luggage placed in it. After a fantastic stay we forgot to book a taxi which we needed on checkout to take us to an address in central Brooklyn and our fantastic host loaded our entire luggage in his car and personally dropped us off.
Thank you for a fantastic stay and for everything you did for us on this trip and the ones before. There is only one place for us to stay when in New York and that is A and Faye B&B in the exciting, Friendliest suburb of Brooklyn. Thanks again Tony, Heidi and Caitlin.

My husband and I did a weekend stay at A&Faye B&B at the suggestion of a friend and we totally enjoyed ourselves. The B&B is located right in the heart to Brooklyn and is within walking distance of Prospect Park, the local subway station and public transportation. So you don't have to drive if you don't want to. The entire house was very nicely decorated with antique furniture and a homemade breakfast was served every morning by the hosts. The entire house was full of charm and character and the host made you feel welcomed and special. We would certain stay again.

Three of us stayed at A and Faye's in March 2019, one of us running the New York Half Marathon.
The bed and breakfast was perfectly located for the start line of the race and was only a short walk to the subway to get to Manhattan.
Phil could not have been more welcoming, and even served us breakfast two hours early on race day which was really appreciated.
The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space, breakfast was varied and delicious, and the beds were super comfy!
We would certainly recommend A and Faye's to anyone, it's the most lovely welcoming place and really made our short break.

We had a wonderful stay at Phil and Faye's home. It is in the heart of Brooklyn on the edge of Prospect Park. We were visiting our daughter who lives across the park so we did a lot of walking in and around the park. Their place is on a quiet street of single family homes with lively commercial streets and subway stations nearby. Our room was very clean with a private bath and shared sunroom. The breakfasts are incredible. Phil and Faye are great hosts. This will be our first choice of places to stay on future trips to New York.

Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, great breakfast, kind and responsive hosts, and a steel-drum demo to boot. The only downside was the location being a little far from Manhattan but it's a nice, diverse neighborhood with good food, a nice park, and close to the subway.

the minimum cost $110.00 Mon through Thursday and Friday through Sunday $125.00 Per night upto two persons
Hi JK. The Suite is which is number 5 has a private bathroom two bedroom. with two tv'sa small refrigerator microwave a queens bed and two twin beds two air conditions .
The cost for two nights $370.00.

Parking is on the Streets and it’s free However if there is a problem with obtaining a proper spot to park and if there is available space in our driveway we do allow our guest to use it for free. But it’s not part of the package.
The two rooms on the second floor which is the Magnolia and the Wild Flower share a common bathroom. Soon to come is the two bed room suite on the third floor with its own private bathroom. It
will be ready in a couple of weeks.
