I chose best Western because of their reputation for cleanliness, and and good quality management. I was not disappointed I’ve been staying at best Westerns all over the world with total happiness and contentment was what I received! I was not in the least not disappointed on my stay. The cleanliness was tops as good as any of the highest level hotels, the breakfast was delicious although I’m a vegan and don’t eat the umpteen different kinds of meat that they had there at the breakfast which was a free breakfast! I was very impressed with the other stuff and with the made for me beautiful, hot waffle delicious with sweet sauce that the lady gave me! and the attitude of the people were very very nice obviously the front desk is a study on self effacing politeness and genuine hospitality! Bravo best western! You’re obviously the best! Like a black and white movie you guys are the good hospitality guys! Simple. Hotel's Favorite
I don't usually stay in Best Westerns. This is a great and clean hotel with a cozy room. Staff is very accommodating as well. There is breakfast and hot and cold drinks available in the lobby. If you need to be in the Brooklyn or Coney Island area, I would recommend this. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel provided my family and I with an amazing stay while our home was being renovated due to an emergency. Although it was a stressful time, the staff made sure that we had everything we needed for our extended stay. Specifically an employee by the name of Shahedur ensured that we were able to remain in our current room when we had to continuously extend our stay as our home was not ready to move back into. He understood the need that my family had and did everything in his power to make sure that we would be comfortable and be able to maintain our room as extra time was needed. The daily breakfast was great and my toddler looked forward to it everyday. I recommend this hotel. Very clean and quiet with attentive staff.

Awful Hotel will never stay at this hotel again, the staff was extremely rude. the hotel was dirty and very load. Housekeeping never cleaned our room and guest services said there was nothing they could do about it. the rooms and hallways smelled. No parking.... the hotel had 48 rooms and only 17 parking spaces.

Stayed for one night between Christmas and New Year to visit family. Room price was marked up over $100 a night from the following week. The credit card machine was "broken" and they were insisting we had to use the ATM in the lobby to pay cash, even though I offered to pay by check. Was told they had no was to accept checks. They were able to process my credit card on the computer manually once I refused to pay cash. The whole thing seemed very suspicious. Would not recommend.

This hotel is located approximately 12 miles from the JFK airport. We rented a vehicle and drove straight to the property. Parking spaces are limited so since we did obtaining a space, we left our vehicle parked and walked to the recommended restaurant by the staff members. This hotel was very clean. However, being located on a busy highway, you could hear the traffic, plus folks walking on the sidewalks. Our bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the small amount of time for our stay there - 3pm till 2am

From the moment our family walked in, the customer service was excellent! The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely professional and welcoming. They offered us coffee and tea right away. We thanked them and explained that we were waiting for our room to be set up. They didn't want to keep us waiting. Instead, they told us that they had another room that was ready and right next to the lobby. We were very pleased and took the room. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was great, especially the bacon was delicious and cooked just right. Besides breakfast, coffee and tea are usually available at all times in the lobby. Parking at the hotel was also very convenient and always available. This is a hidden gem if you are staying in the Brooklyn area. You have value, convenience, parking, and again; a very accommodating staff. We travel often and will make sure to recommend this hotel to everyone we know.

check in at the front desk. the rooms are properly equipped with soaps shampoo tissues a note pad and a pen. of course with phones a tv and a desk. there is a tea and cofee maker with tea bags and coffee bags and sugar. a bucket for ice cubes. a
vending machine for cold drinks. two comfortable beds and an iron with a board. the
location is right across the bay with easy access to all parts of brooklyn. a simple but ample breakfast is offered free every morning, milk coffee juice eggs fruit bread some pastry cereal and pancakes.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel many times. This is mostly because we like the area and accomodation is limited. Another cheaper hotel is nearby, but almost always full.
Overall it is a good hotel with clean rooms, all with A/C and heating unit and regular room service. Bathrooms are clean, well supplied and always with hot water. Some rooms at the basement level can be darker with older furniture. The internet connection works great. One may connect several devices at the same time. There is TV, mini fridge, and coffee/tea. There is quite a variety of food at breakfast, although the room is small and may be crowded at times. Food and utensils dry up periodically and one has to wait for replenishment.
The weak point is the reception staff. They change frequently and apparently are not very experienced. They are mostly fixed in their mobile phones, do not greet customers, and sometimes not even interested to look at who is going in and out. I also had a disappointing experience on my latest stay when one receptionist asked my email and telephone number on check-out and subscribed me to the Best Western rewards scheme without informing me. Fortunately that was reversed later and I got a message from the manager. But be careful with the staff and urge them to explain properly what they are doing .

The hotel is clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast that is offered has plenty of options and is convenient for guest to enjoy. Our room had laminate flooring which were quit slippery so pack some slippers! Parking is tight and limited however we knew that before we booked our stay. We never had any issues finding a spot to park. There is a small business hub to print documents, soda and snack machines as well as ice machines. A short walk to the corner is a convenience store to pick up any essentials you may have forgotten, a quick sandwich or some drinks for the room. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and should we need to go back I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

It is not near Kings Plaza. It is off Nostrand Avenue towards Sheepshead Bay. You can check the bus routes that go to Sheepshead Bay and that will help you immensely.
