The hotel has recently opened 3 months ago. It was a great alternative for accommodations in close proximity to the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal. The room was super clean and surprisingly quiet for being on the 5th floor, front side. Reception was friendly and informative. Provided suggestions for several restaurants to visit. The Brooklyn Slice pizza shop across the street was friendly and food was excellent. A true representation of Brooklyn pizza.

The room is small but well appointed with new technology for lighting, shower and bathroom - very practical. I hope the Management can stay on top of keeping the new rooms appealing and fresh. I will return!

Breakfast options should be addressed. Maybe do hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, & bagels, after all, this is Brooklyn NY.

5 star overall!!!

Brand new hotel....nice safe location, parking was easy to find on the street. Rooms are a little on the small side, but worth it for the cleanliness, and great service. We stayed 3 nights, and needed minimal help (replenish TP, extra towels etc). Staff was very quick to help. When the finish the downstairs and have breakfast it'll be a MUST stay. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at the Liberty View hotel and would definitely stay here again. We did not have a "view" but we had plenty of light, and the noise level was acceptable. We also did not have trouble parking on the street, unusual in Brooklyn! Our room was small, but well laid out, with nightstands on both sides of the bed. The mattress was fabulous. The bathroom had plenty of counter space for cosmetics kits and so on, something that is often lacking in hotels. Breakfast was so-so: lots of choices, but the quality was mediocre.

A couple of things would definitely be an improvement: the toilet paper quality was awful, thin and scratchy. It is odd to have such a wonderful mattress and have toilet paper that seems like it might have been overstock from the former Soviet Union! If I stay here again I will bring my own. Also it would help to have a soap dish in the shower. Not everyone wants to use hotel supplied shampoo and body cleansers, and there is literally no place but the floor to put your own soap and/or shampoo.

Stay away. Awful exhausting stay. Tiny room the size of a closet. Beds touch both walls. Noises from busy avenue below or other rooms kept us up all night. Reviews are misleading. Rooms routinely sell directly by the hotel directly for their fair value of 120$ - do not be duped into paying more via third party sites. Our neighbouring rooms had care packages stacked at the doors.

I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable stay, but it was an absolute disappointment from the start. I paid extra for a king-sized bed with a view of the Statue of Liberty but was given a tiny room with a queen bed and a “view” of a KFC instead. The room was cramped, barely enough space for myself and my luggage.

But the worst part was coming back late after a Yankees game (the game ended around midnight, so I arrived at 1am) to find the hotel locked, with a sign saying “be back soon.” I waited outside for 15 minutes because the lobby attendant, Wilson, was “in the bathroom.” My key card couldn’t even get me inside the hotel, which is something I’ve never encountered anywhere else. Being locked out, in Brooklyn, in the middle of the night while my belongings were in the room was incredibly frustrating and unsettling.

Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We had some problems during our stay and they were always ready to help us. The room was clean and had everything you need. The location is also very good, the subway stations are very close and within 20/30 minutes you're in Manhatten. I recommend staying in this hotel!

This new hotel is very clean and the rooms are modern with ample room. The breakfast and amenities downstairs are also a plus. The service desk is very helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. The location is good-close to subway, Green-Wood Cemetery (beautiful and peaceful walk), Industry City (highly recommend Waku Waku Japanese restaurant), and bakeries (don't miss Baked in Brooklyn).

Overall this is a great hotel. The rooms are small, as many are in NYC, but the bathroom is quite spacious and has a great shower. Two of the front desk staff are to be commended for their service, Marie and Elisandra. All of the other staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast has a basic buffet; cold cereal, scrambled eggs, various forms of breakfast meat, bread, condiments, coffee, fruit drinks, and some fresh apples and bananas. The room was clean. The view out our window was of the Statue of Liberty and the southern end of Manhattan- lovely!

I've been a frequent guest at the Liberty View, and the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff has consistently made my stays enjoyable. The team is always kind and professional. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to accommodate guests have truly stood out. Shaik at the front desk was particularly helpful when I had a last minute schedule change and needed to rebook my stay.

As for the hotel itself, the rooms are very clean, modern, and the beds are very comfortable. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast is much better than what’s offered at other hotels in the area. The fitness center is also a nice amenity that other hotels in the area lack.

I highly recommend the Liberty View Brooklyn Hotel for their exceptional customer service and modern facilities. I look forward to many more pleasant stays.

Stayed for 3 nights for a weekend convention. Room was clean and comfy with a very large bathroom and nice shower. Located in a very industrial area of Brooklyn. Good wifi. Breakfast was atrocious though. Chicken nuggets served on paper plates.
