I love the 1 hotel Brooklyn Bridge. I travel to NYC all of the time and it’s the only place I stay. People always wonder why I don’t stay in Manhattan but I only stay at 1 Hotel-Brooklyn Bridge because: — it’s right across the water from Manhattan so easy access to the city — the hotel is luxury meets sustainability so it’s good for the earth — the rooms are distinct and the suites are lovely. Floor to ceiling windows in every room so the views are beautiful. — the vibe is good + it has a spa and several places to eat — but most of all, the people are amazing. Their focus on customer service is great and I’m always met with smiling faces who are willing to help in any way they can. I don’t know everyone’s names but: Aquil, Omar, Ryan, Sabine, Eli and the entire group do a great job taking care of you while you stay. Like I said, 1 Hotel is the only place I stay when I come to NYC. Not changing that any time soon.…

Almost everything about this hotel is fantastic. The Service is 100+. The location is great right on the edge of the Brooklyn Bridge; amazing views of the Statue of Liberty and downtown Manhattan. The rooms are very well thought out and stylish. About the only complaint would be the chair in my room was not so comfortable nor easy to get out of once you sat in it. About the only real complaint would be that the wifi kept disconnecting from my phone every two minutes. It would absolutely not stay on. They really need to work on that.

This hotel is terribly overrated. The front desk and staff people who work here are just plain lazy and incompetent. I had to call the front desk 5-7 times before any request was completed ( ie when asking for basic things such as a steamer, extra towels etc). The bathroom shower floods into the entire bathroom area in some rooms. There was dust and random hair everywhere (ew). Honestly it is a subpar, cheap quality hotel under the guise of “environmentally sustainable”. They use that pitch to justify how crappy the hotel is while simultaneously charging an arm and a leg. Please don’t waste your money here.

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! We got greeted by Omar and Yorse, they were welcoming and guided us to the lobby where we were offered a glass of complimentary wine! How nice!! ! On our way to Harriet’s Henry at the front desk helped us with the elevator to get up to the 10th floor. We were a bit early for our reservation at Harriet’s lounge and the hostess Kelsey (I think, I forgot her name!) invited us to go up to the roof. The view is incredible!! You see the lower Manhattan, Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge! We took so many beautiful pictures! Perfect for Instagram ;) When we got down to the lounge we got pampered by our server Brett! The food was really delicious and the cocktails we had too! I recommend the Purple Haze! What a great evening end my New York trip! …

Hotel is like an extremely overpriced backpacker hostel that needs a good clean. Hard to even find the front entrance. The industrial eco "shtick" is cheap and an excuse for poor service. 3 star at best.

Very unique ambience, loved the combination of wood and concrete and the over abundance of plants all across the hotel. The rooftop has an amazing view. The breakfast area could have a larger variety of foods offered.

Great hotel. No breakfast or food, apart from an endless supply of coffee and teas of all sorts in the lobby during the day. Good eating and drinking next door at OS NYC. Lots of good eating and drinking nearby. Good access to Brooklyn Bridge by foot. Great location to explore Brooklyn, but with easy access to the whole of Nangattan on the subway.

Since we had such an amazing experince the last time we were here, my husband opted to come back for his birthday. This time was no different far as excellent service ! Eric once again made sure we were properly pampered! Suggested great places to eat and also getting us tickets to a highly- coveted, sold out show!! It was truly one of the best nights we have ever had! The food & drinks were on point and the service was even better. I cannot express enough the real reason we keep coming back to the 1 Brooklyn - its Eric. He should be in charge of training new hires on how to give customers the best experince - because he truly gets it. I also must mention the wonderful interactions and service that we received from Remi, he treated us like family. We cannot wait to come back! …
